I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. While documents were submitted, there was no meaningful legal strategy or proactive guidance throughout my case, despite being charged £2,000 plus VAT. Following the refusal, I was then quoted a further £600 plus VAT for an administrative review.

Key evidential risks were not identified or explained to me in advance, and I was not properly advised on how the Home Office would scrutinise my application. Evidence gathering felt reactive rather than planned, and the evidence itself was never discussed in any meaningful way. No strategic insight or assessment was provided.

When I asked legal questions, I was frequently told “it’s up to you” rather than being given clear professional advice. I expected guidance, risk assessment, and strategic input, not merely document collection.

I also found communication difficult, as I often had to repeatedly prompt for actions such as requesting evidence from third parties, rather than this being handled proactively as part of case management.

Given the seriousness of immigration matters, I would expect a solicitor to actively lead a case and advise on risks and strategy, rather than leaving the client to identify gaps themselves. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Unfortunately I can't leave the name of the solicitor as I was asked to remove it. So if you're unlucky he might be your solicitor so if I was you I'd avoid the firm completely.

Just like a lot of the reviews here, i have not had a pleasant experience with them
First off the communication was very poor with me having to email and call multiple times over a span of a couple of days to get replies to my questions
Next my caseworker, Talal, wasn’t very comforting in his knowledge of immigration matters with almost always having to “ask and get back to me”
After being advised to do a fee waiver by this firm, I was rejected from two colleges because the same fee waiver and they believed I had overstayed my visa, this firm was not able to remedy any of the denials and despite the 1000s of dollars already paid for their services, I lost an extra couple of thousands in the form of non-refundable fees from the school
Finally and nail on the coffin, after finally receiving a CAS from a school and handing it over to Talal and SABZ Solicitors to finalise my case, my visa was denied by the home office for the reason that I had overstayed my visa, bare in mind nothing I did was contrary to what they said I could or could not do - in simple terms, I did everything they said and was not only refused a visa, but refused entry to the UK for the next year and the matter on my record. After this denial I had waited 2 days to be contacted by them on what they described as an ‘urgent matter’ though they did not treat it that way, finally meeting with me they refused to conduct an administrative review of my case and instead advised me to wait out the year and contact them if i want to reapply after, what a silly and stupid idea! Along with that, the only time I was reached out to by them again was so they could request an outstanding balance of £300 and that was it, not a single communication from them anymore regarding anything. They have failed at the one thing they claim to be good at, immigration, but are still out deceiving people that they are able to help. My experience with this firm has shown nothing but incompetence and regret on my side, I have done a visa in the past on my own and it was granted, why I didn’t just do that again is something I’ve regretted deeply but decided to move on to better things with my life. Avoid these people at all costs, they don’t know their job

Honestly my experience using UKImmigrationSolicitors/Sabz Solicitors (they operate under one company) started of so well. The female from the assessment team was amazing and provided the best service - answered every question I had. Unfortunately, the same could not be said regarding one of their advisors in the customer relations department. He handled the refund process and is the reason for my review. We paid a deposit around £1,000 to start the application and had a consultation a few days later however due to another party not wanting to proceed with our immigration application we had to cancel. They made it clear no official paperwork had begun but we were told we had to have £400 deduction for ‘admin fees’. I had to dispute this and it was reduced to £300. I completed the refund form and almost one week had passed so I called for an update - they claimed to have not received the form even though it was sent. Countless calls were made after this for an update and every time I was given an excuse - they had ‘system faults’ and then they claim to have not received signed forms I had sent (despite this being sent on more than one occasion). This advisor is the worst advisor I’ve ever came across in my life. He had no care, no urgency, never had an answer for my questions and a never stuck to any of the multiple timeframes given. It took almost one month of hassle to receive the refund. Please note this is around one week before Christmas which added to stress. I never leave reviews, but having had this experience it had to be done. Proceed with caution.

These people don't know what they doing, are they just don't care because they represented me on an immigration case, they charged me 3k and all they did was send the application off, they didn't gave me any advice at all no options are nothing. Honestly these people are just robers they got zero care, zero compassion like seriously they don't care about what your going true at all and they definitely not genuinely trying to help you.

This is the third time I have used SABZ for my immigration status. The instructions for the process were very ordered and clear. When I had questions they were answered promptly.

WHO KEEP TRYING TO BULLY ME INTO TAKING THIS REVIEW DOWN. They have called me at least three times saying things like “we need to come to a better conclusion” and even offered me free services to take this review down.

They keep blocking my negative reviews “because I used personal information” I simply put the name of the person who I dealt with. It seems they don’t want full names on negative reviews but have no problem with them being on positive reviews. This is the THIRD time I am posting this review because they keep getting it taken down.

AVOID BOTH COMPANIES LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I called for help about my cousins husband’s visa refusal. They seemed very keen and lovely to begin with. Started getting emails where they consistently got my name wrong, despite my name being in my actual email address and me correcting them. I then decided to read reviews before handing over the £700 plus VAT charge they had in mind. They then sent me another email with the price of £750 plus vat. Then another email, again with the wrong name, stating that it was infact £700. A barrage of emails with wrong details on every level.

I wrote them an email saying it wasn’t filling me with confidence that they could not get my name right despite me correcting them on multiple occasions. That I wanted to take time to read through reviews and speak to my cousin but I wasn’t filled with confidence. Literally moments later I get another call from them which I don’t answer and received a voicemail called me “Mr Tara” when I am clearly a woman, saying they were removing my details and my account because and I quote “they only take on clients that want to sort out their matter and we do not look for any sort of conflict”

To remind you all, I asked for them to get my name correct and that I needed time to read through reviews.

I would highly suggest avoiding this company, if this is the way they handle customers and simple requests like getting a name correct or even a prefix…I know I sure as hell wouldn’t trust them to sort out a visa application if something as simple as a clients name is too much for them to handle.

I highly suggest your entire staff including the managing director take some training in the way you handle requests and customers because that was truly diabolical. I am not removing your name, people need to know who they are dealing with. (Sabz solicitors denied my review because it has personal information which seems fine for them as long as the reviews are positive. Isn’t it incredible that I can get their name correct and they can’t take a second to read mine)

Please avoid this bullying, sham of a company for your own sake.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received in relation to my mother's Pre-Settled Status application. I paid a fee of £750 with the understanding that this amount covered assistance with the application process. However, I only received general recommendations and was later informed that there were no real chances for the application to succeed.

I believe this does not reflect the level of service I was promised or paid for. I requested a partial refund, but was told that this was not possible and was instead offered another service that I do not need.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
