Ms Raiyana Patel at Sabz solicitors has done an excellent job for getting the visa sorted for my mother. It wasn’t easy process knowing previously challenges with applications in the past. Raiyana Patel took time and listened what I had to say, then with her experience she advised me what need to be done. From start to finish she was very professional and submitted all the relevant documents. With her positive attitude and hard work, she got the visa granted for my mother. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Shabnam Sabz Solicitors. My solicitor was consistently unavailable, always said to be in meetings, and never returned my calls or emails, even when time-sensitive issues were at stake. Weeks would go by with no communication or updates unless I chased repeatedly.

This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable in any professional service, but especially from a legal firm where clients are often relying on timely, critical support. I felt completely neglected and unsupported throughout the process.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this firm to anyone who values clear communication, basic responsiveness, or client care. Look elsewhere, your case deserves more attention than this.

Ijaz Ahmed was patient and clear in guiding me through the difficult immigration process. He was thorough in answering my many questions, and was able to walk me through the steps in a way where I understood what was needed from me. I can really attribute most of our successful outcome to him.

Pathetic service once you paid forget your hard earned money because they will never return it and will not respond you still owe my £1440

They were very efficient and supportive before we paid and finalised our applications, but once we got things rolling and paying, they have become careless, unsupportiveand hard to reach

If I could give a zero, I would.

We're still owed a refund of £1500, with no reply.

I paid for the application fee to immigrate to the UK in 2023. In 2024, I hadn't heard anything for a while, so I wrote my agent, with no reply. This continued for months, until I called the company's head office in Jan 2025.

I was informed that my agent had been fired in August of 2024 and my application had expired, so I'd need to pay another £1500 to start all over again. I was also told over the phone that there was an additional fee to rush the application and it was £500... but when the new agent M. sent me the invoice, he increased the rush fee to now be £1000 - which I believe is fraud... Because after speaking with other immigration solicitors, I've discovered that the gov't fee is £500.

So it seemed to me that the company's agent was trying to double the government fee for additional profits.

After much discussion with my new agent M. I cancelled my second request for an application, and asked for a refund - which he flatly refused.

I then asked for the GWF form so I could reapply with another immigration firm. Again I was refused.

For months, this new agent avoided our phone calls and emails requesting my file. I could not proceed with another agent without this form...

The new agent finally spoke with my husband and insisted that because my digital file had expired, it was archived, and he would not be able to retrieve it.

I then wrote and called for several weeks asking to speak with M's senior supervisor Mr. B... Again, no reply from Mr. B. Not even a quick email to recognize the issues at hand. He was never in the office when I'd call - no matter what time of day that was.

Every month that M and the parent company delayed giving me my file, it meant there would be another month spent away from my family and grandchildren while I'd have to reapply from outside the country again.

It wasn't until I was forced to threaten a lawsuit that M. miraculously found my file and forwarded me the GWT. Not surprising though - upon looking at the form, I discovered it was filled with inaccurate information - so I'm grateful the company didn't finish with my file, because it likely would have been refused due to the inaccurate and sloppy info their agents put into my application.

I wasted a little over 1.5 years with this agency, and am left with £1500 less in my pocket, and nothing to show for this investment, other than the feeling of being scammed. It truly was a nightmare.

Now I have to leave the UK yet again, and start the process all over again, thanks to the company (which shall remain nameless) and their actions - or inactions that is...

Do I recommend this firm? Absolutely NOT! What I do recommend is to RUN! Run as far from this agency as possible!

İ recently wrote a very true and explanation of my service with sabz solicitor...İ am owed a total of £1440 in refund for works of instruction not taken out Due to information given by an agent that there would be no.probl em regardimg my request...İ was promised the appeal would be no problem amd the fee £1800 as it was an appeal...after speaking to the senior lawyer he confirmed this was not possible and it eould be s complete new applocation and the fee would be £900.

İ semt my application tor my refund in which inrecieve a lot of ridiculius hidden charges..i responeded to.my email stating İ wantedy full refund...ive had no reply...i ve recently tried to contact them again to find they have acually blocked me from their server so İ can no longer comtact them...i today noticed my review on trustpiolet has been removed..İ was under the impression this was not possible....i will now take claim further as this company is a complete scam and you will never be able to request money owed money to you back...they are the worst legal representative İ have ever cime across...all they care about is rippling off money from you
Please take advise..DO NOT Py up front fee until AFTER uyour consultation with an actual solicitor...not just the agent.
