Honestly was pretty easy to get in contact with them if you are wanting to clarify anything. Unfortunately do not expect to receive the funds on the same day of approval as you will more then likely get placed in the late afternoon batch which yes the loan amount has been sent out but due to bank times it'll be processed in the overnight batch and more then likely be seeing the funds the next morning, which is completely fine but please be aware of this if you are wanting the money in your bank account in the same day.

Regarding funding timelines, we aim to process applications as fast as possible. Sometimes, bank processing may delay deposits until the following day, but same-day funding is available.
During our office hours, most applicants receive a conditional response within a few hours. Once approved, the main factor influencing timing is how quickly the signed loan documents are returned. Submitting them promptly offers the best chance of a same-day release of funds.
