Generally its a great system that makes recoreding checks easy..
faults that stopped the last star are
Somedays cant log in
Some times nothing loads just blank wth headings at top.
Freezes and have to restart my ph to clear.
All the rest is very good.

Probably the best digital Food Control Plan out there. Setup was a breeze and the Software is very userfriendly. The Team at Safe Food Pro is extremely helpful if there are any questions and will come back with an answer in minutes :-) I have implemented this Software in my last 2 workplaces and cant fault it at all.

Desktop users
It would be really good if users can access the forms via PC desktop. We have some staff that are not app smart.

This is a fantastic app! Keeps our records up to date. I have adapted it to suit our business's needs, and its easy to understand and use. All our staff are able to understand it, and its a easy checklist for day to day use. Highly recommend everyone uses it.

We are finding that we sometimes lose our reports in the morning before opening and find they don't come back to us until the next day which means I have to go in through the admin site to find out what's gone on

Our decision to employ the Safe Food Pro App within our retail business, was one of the most positive decisions we made during our time in the retail sector.

Very easy system once fathomed

I love this app it makes things so much easier

App is pretty clunky and frequently crashes. the UI/UX design seems to be an afterthought and very dated. there is no support for 3rd party temperature monitoring. I've reached out to customer support about issues only to get sent back pages of documentation I've already read. It meets our reporting requirements but nothing more I don't recommend this to other business owners in the industry.

When it comes to verification this system has been a god send
