We cancelled Safe Food Pro...
We cancelled Safe Food Pro before we had to begin paying for it as it was complicated, clunky and created more work than the manual paperwork it was supposed to replace. We were told as a small business, not even manufacturing food but only heating it, that we were running more like a large supermarket. To top it off, we still get emails from them like this, saying we're a valuable customer...

Our verifiers love the back end access, shaving easily an hour from their time onsite, We have never not achieved an A grading.
Along with all the FCP compliance, we quickly realised it can also be used to create customised task management forms for much wider use right across the operations.
Try it. Why would you not?!
