Poor handling
Gloves as described, delivery charges are high plus vat that is added on the bill after and it took long for delivery, poor handling.

We are glad the gloves matched the description and met your expectations. In any case, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery charges and felt the delivery took longer than expected.
Please note that VAT is legally applicable to both goods and shipping charges, so it is added to delivery costs in line with UK tax requirements.
For reference, your order was placed on the 26th May, dispatched the following day on the 27th May, and delivered on the 30th May, which was within the estimated delivery time frame.

Fantastic affordable gloves…..
I never knew there were so many different types of glove, and at different price ranges to suit your pocket. I would never go back to buying gardening gloves from a gardening website anymore, as the ones stocked here are of a superior quality at a far reasonable price. They are posted very promptly with associated safety standard paperwork, which I can imagine for people working in some industries is peace of mind. I won’t go anywhere else now for gloves for both me and my husband.

Gloves id had now…
Gloves id had before now discontinued... and looking at another instead, was also being discontinued... seem to have cut their range down.
We are voluntary organisation... use lots of different sizes so have tried to buy same type of glove in different colour/sizes to make recognition easier... but not possible now....

Unfortunately, as a retailer, we are dependent on the ranges made available to us by manufacturers. From time to time, manufacturers discontinue products or reduce the size and colour options they produce, which can affect the selection we are able to offer. Whilst we make every effort to maintain a broad range of safety gloves, we are unable to stock products that are no longer manufactured or supplied to us.
