I’ve been using these gloves for over 3…
I’ve been using these gloves for over 3 years, but unfortunately the quality has dropped dramatically.
With previous boxes I rarely had any issues, but now every box contains a noticeable number of unusable gloves. Some are already torn straight out of the box, while others are stuck together and can’t be separated without ripping. There really shouldn’t be any defective gloves in a box of 100.
I also paid extra for the “heavy-duty” version, expecting better durability, but the quality was just as disappointing.
It’s a real shame because this used to be a reliable product. I hope the manufacturer improves their quality control, as I can’t justify continuing to buy them if this becomes the new standard.

I placed an order of PPE materials back…
I placed an order of PPE materials back on 23rd June , its currently 08th of july and we still have not received our product.
Only last week due to me chasing as its urgently needed on site was i told that the postcode provided is not accepted by royal mail and now we are being expected to wait till royal mail returns the item back to them and that we have to rebook it ourselves.
What kind of customer service is this ? over almost 2 weeks of back and forth emailing and youre telling me i should rebook the delivery ? I DONT EVEN HAVE THE CARD AND BARCODE SINCE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT... FOR REAL ?
Due to this incompetence, this is currently hindering our jobs on site due to lack of PPE .
HONESTLY, I JUST WANT THE REFUND. WE ONLY TRIED THIS WEBSITE AS SOME OF THE GUYS ON SITE FOUND THE GLOVES REALLY STURDY, BUT IF I HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL JUST TO GET IT ORDERED ... NO THANKS.

Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched promptly to the delivery address provided. Unfortunately, the postcode entered on the order was incorrect, which meant the courier was unable to complete the delivery.
In these circumstances, we do need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us by the courier before we can make any amendments to the order. As soon as it arrives back at our warehouse, we'll be happy to arrange either a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We understand how frustrating this has been, particularly as the items were needed urgently, and we appreciate your patience while the parcel is returned to us.

I'm a regular repeat customer and the gloves are great
I originally found Safety Gloves on Google when I was looking for TIG welding gloves. I think I've bought at least three pairs since then. The range of gloves for all applications is excellent, the prices are very competitive and the customer service and delivery times are excellent. Most recently I needed a couple of boxes of strong nitrile gloves for car work and had been disappointed in the past with very thin, barely usable gloves from Amazon. These Safety Gloves gloves are excellent and exactly what I needed and expected them to be. They arrived quickly as always and for a good price. This is my first stop for any hand protection these days. Thanks.
