I accidentally ordered two dresses online, made a quick email and it was rectified

Communication is excellent. I placed my order and a little while later received an email explaining that there had been some issue at the warehouse and that orders were delayed, but would be fulfilled asap. True to their word my item arrived safely a couple of weeks later than expected, but because of the excellent communication - all is well.

This business appears to be a scam. I made an order over a month ago. In the interim I have found the IDENTICAL dress on Shein, ordered it and it has arrived well before Christmas. The Shein photos are even the same ones shown on the Salt&Coast website.
Thankfully I had paid with PayPal so have been able to obtain a full refund of my order. The excuses via email about the delay just didn’t stack up with what I was seeing via a tracking app where an item was supposedly already somewhere. Tracking only starts when a physical package has entered into a system. Not when an order is typically received.
So please AVOID SALT & COAST if you don’t want to be the latest victim of a scam.

The clothes are available from Shein at a 3rd of the price, or less. Tricking women into thinking they're shopping ethically is disgusting. I'd actually rather buy from Shein, at least they're not pretending to be designed elsewhere

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have had zero communication from this company even though the money has been debited from my credit card. - No tracking order. No response to my emails. I’m beginning to think this company is just a scam

Easy order process. Love the product. Only improvement would be more regular update messages re: delivery progress.

A lovely dress, true to size, which is always a relief when you buy online. Really nice fabric, that washes well and no need to iron. Good communication around delivery. I may buy more of the same dress in other colours.
