First ever order of block salt took over 3 weeks to get here. Ok, with the benefit of the doubt let’s try again (after running low on salt)
Waited nearly 3 weeks again for a delivery only to be sent a refund and just found out by calling them that they have had non in stock for a while............
Did you not think to contact me to let me know you had non to sell in the first place and give me a refund straight away?! Instead you ignore the issue and only give a refund over 3 weeks later. Oh well. Won’t be getting my custom anymore. Honesty goes a long way. Not a great way to run a company

Bought 10 bags of salt during an offer to get a free 10kg bag. Salt turned up 10 days later and no free bag as advertised. Have emailed but no response in 2 days.

An alround positive experience - from ease of ordering, delivery within 24 hours and to an extremely helpful Paul who carried the six bags of salt to the shed in the back garden. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from Salts Direct, ordering was easy and the Salt arrived very promptly within a few days, we were notified on the day of delivery, and the delivery Guy even helped my husband carry the Salt to the shed at the end of our garden, very unexpected, but oh so very helpful as my husband is a cancer sufferer. So thanks Salts Direct a wonderful service. 😁

I just wanted to say that I was really impressed by Salt Direct Service and price. I placed an order for 30 Kinetico Salt blocks - at the time they offered the best price and were considerably cheaper than our normal supplier who could not provide any blocks for 2 weeks. It was easy to order online; I checked likely delivery dates using the online chat service and was delighted that they could deliver within a couple of days of my order. The blocks arrived while I was out, but were neatly stacked in the pre-agreed location. So overall, a great service and price, I will certainly use Salt Direct again.

Appalling service. First and last order we will place. Driver left all the block salts at the wrong house and “couldn’t come back”. When I phoned to find out where the order was, I was told it had been left at the correct address. Good old Google street proved otherwise. The lady I spoke with phoned me back once on my correct number, then when ringing back because the driver wouldn’t call me, she rang a different number and blamed me for not answering! To top it all, after lugging all the salt blocks over the road myself, I then discovered some of the order was missing. (Wouldn’t have been so bad if the lady had been genuinely apologetic). Competitor can have our business instead.

I hate incorrect facts. Although the reply to my post says the driver tried to call me, the lady eventually accepted she had muddled up my phone number, so the answer machine they refer to was not mine. I was also told the driver couldn’t rectify the error as he had reached Dorset (within half an hour from us must have had some help from Lewis Hamilton).

So easy to order with various options so clearly defined. Delivery so quick by pleasant and cheerful delivery driver, even tho it was pouring with rain.

Excellent service, placed my order 11am and it was delivered by 1pm. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Second time I have placed an order they are quick to deliver and with the weight of the delivery there are no problems with the driver putting the salt where you want it (within reason) .Will certainly order from here again

I enquired about delivery by email on a Sunday afternoon, got an email reply within a couple of hours, made the order on line and had the delivery three days later. Great price and faultless service. I will be using them from now on.

I ordered in the morning and it was delivered in the afternoon. Took advantage of the offer on 15 bags. Just about found enough space to store it all! Very pleasant guy. Highly recommended.
