Best customer service I have ever seen. Very quick responses and very helpful. My sauna was hit by lightning and they helped me get it running again without any hesitation.

1st of all, they were extremely helpful. Before I bought I asked a lot of questions and they guided me to the right sauna. We are in Utah, 7k elevation and bitter cold winters. I have a friend who bought from Saulis a year and and he raved about the fit and finish let alone the mechanics. It’s refreshing to deal with competent vendors who are not just pushing you to buy. Came quickly, was not hard to assemble.

I absolutely love my Salus outdoor infrared sauna. It has quickly become one of my favorite parts of my wellness routine and honestly one of the best additions we’ve made to our home.

The sauna itself is beautiful, well made, and feels incredibly relaxing the moment you step inside. I especially love having an outdoor model because it gives me a little space to disconnect, unwind, and have a quiet moment to myself. Whether I’m using it after a long day, after a workout, or simply when I need to decompress, I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

The infrared heat is comfortable and soothing without feeling overwhelming, and I appreciate that I can easily incorporate it into my routine several times a week. Living in Colorado, I was also looking for something that could handle being outdoors while still feeling like a luxurious, intentional part of our home, and this sauna has been exactly that.

It has become much more than just a sauna for me it’s a little retreat where I can slow down, listen to music or a podcast, and take some time for myself. I’m genuinely so happy with it and would absolutely recommend Salus to anyone considering adding an infrared sauna to their home.

Hey hows it going wanted to leave a review for there customer service they are really on point with anything you ask them about any of the saunas I asked if they could send me a couple of the samples of wood and they did the quality of the wood is really nice I am finally going to order one of there saunas it's the 90X PRO 2 person corner unit will update when i receive the sauna but I have trust in there product

Set up was easy but connecting the wiring could have been more clear. Even though this says it is a 2 person sauna, note that it is a small 2 person sauna. There is no stretching out when more than 1 person is inside. Other than that, we love it!

This is a top notch 2 person sauna with plenty of room. It was easy to assemble and I love all the features. The delivery was right on time and they were happy to carry down a flight of stairs and onto my patio.

Review of SalusHeat Maxwell 902BHN with red light therapy.

I did tons and tons of research before purchasing this one and paid attention to the official reviews where SalusHeat scored very well so I thought I would give them a shot. I also have ran testing for both EMF and electric fields and the Salusheat Maxwell scored very well. I would add while I was doing my research I noticed there were some really high-end units to consider but I was reading customer complaints and compared the reviews and to my surprise this lower cost unit scored better in certain categories than the perceived high-end units. The SalusHeat customer service via email - I would say is exceptional. The product was delivered within the time specified and the delivery folks were very professional. The unit was packaged extremely well and there was no dust, residue or dirt from the factory. As I unboxed it I was very surprised of how clean the materials were. This is a two-person unit and I was able to unbox it and put it together within 30 minutes by myself. I am about 5'11" and the most difficult thing was putting the lid on but I was able to get that done relatively quick and easily. It fit together like a glove and no tools were required, no metal buckles or anything to deal with. It just had really high quality tolerances that snapped together and fit together very well. The door fits very snug.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the unit to heat up into the 120-130 F range. It sits in a climate control and humidity controlled walkout basement. The Salusheat Maxwell sauna exceeds my expectations on the EMF scores and electric field scores and the Bluetooth speakers work really well, also. Salusheat is very well made as I mentioned earlier but if you spend 6-$10,000 you might find a little more expensive trim work in those units, curved backs, curved ergonomic seating, etc. One thing I liked about SalusHeat is the flat back panel. I'm not a fan of other saunas with curved seating. I like the flat back so if I choose - I can lay the curved back option in the sauna and it isn't a permanent thing to deal with... That's just me.

Regarding the red light therapy... there are a couple things I like about SalusHeat Maxwell. There is the red light therapy option that comes pre-installed in the ceiling that works very well and you also have an option to purchase a red light therapy bullet light that mounts wherever you want to, but it is adjustable so you can point and adjust the lighting direction as needed.

Key differentiators for salusheat:

Ultra low EMF verified to be zero EMF in many parts of sauna.

All panels heat well, door front, behind calves, sides of legs, and the marble floor heater works very well, too. This is verified with thermal imagery unit.

Control panels inside and outside - easy to use.

No app on this model but it would be useless... It heats fast.

I compared my EMF and electric field results with official testing of other saunas and SalusHeat was favorable in most cases.

Great sauna, fast delivery, easy installation. Love how fast it heats up. We got the outdoor cedar version and it's been making a huge difference in our lives, especially for helping my partner with post-lyme disease symptoms.

This sauna accessory has been such a great addition to our sauna experience. It’s both functional and performs as advertised. It fits perfectly with the relaxing spa-like feel of the sauna. Definitely worth it if you want to enhance your sauna setup and make it feel even more effective, enjoyable and complete.

I’ve been using the Maxwell-901BH sauna a few times a week and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. Having it set up in my bedroom makes it super easy to just hop in whenever I have time, and it heats up way faster than I thought it would.

The Bluetooth setup is really simple, and the speakers actually sound good (not tinny like I expected), so I usually just throw on music or a podcast and relax. The red light in the ceiling is a nice touch too—it just makes the whole thing feel more like a legit spa experience instead of a basic sauna.

What really surprised me is how well it’s insulated. The outside stays completely cool, so it doesn’t heat up the room at all, which was something I was a little worried about before buying it.

Overall, it’s been one of the better purchases I’ve made for my routine. Easy to use, feels great, and I actually look forward to using it!

The 909X Pro 1 Person Ultra-Low EMF Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is just right for our home gym. It heats up quickly (15-20 mins), holds the heat well, and is a smaller footprint to leave lots of room for us to work out. Salus was very accommodating in expediting the delivery for some travel plans we had in place. The assembly required attention to detail but it came together under two hours. We've owned it for about a month and use it 5x a week. I am 5"4' and my husband is 6"2' and we both fit comfortably seated in the sauna. The red light and bluetooth speakers are nice extra features. We a very very happy with our purchase.

I'll start by saying, now that I have the correct product and components of it, I'm very happy with it. It is good quality and heats up quickly. However, when I received the product, it had the wrong host box and plug (T-plug). It took several weeks to resolve this issue, and it was a very frustrating process. The SalusHeat team had a different solution each day, one day one option would be available, then they would discover overnight that that option was no longer feasible, and would come up with a new solution- from sending me a new sauna top, to replacing the entire sauna, to getting an electrician to come out and install the correct outlet, and more. It became very confusing, and hard to trust that what they were offering was really the appropriate solution when the guidance changed almost daily. We finally got it all resolved, and I'm happy with my sauna.

I became interested in buying a sauna after hearing so much about the health benefits and trying out an infrared sauna at a spa. The spa’s sauna was a 3-person Sunlighten (unsure of the exact model). I enjoyed the experience enough to want one in my home but was hoping to find something smaller and less expensive but still high quality. I chose the Salus HEAT Mix 1-person sauna based on the great reviews, and I’m super happy with my decision. I received the sauna less than 2 weeks after placing my order, no problems with the delivery, and assembly was quick and easy (though I admit my husband pretty much did it all while I just looked at the manual!). We set it up in our finished basement, where the temperature stays about 70 degrees. I’ve used it 8 or 9 times, almost every day since it arrived, and my experience with this sauna so far has honestly been better than the spa. It’s a great size for me (5’3” 118 lbs female). I can see how a bigger person would benefit from a 2-person unit, but I imagine the small size is part of why it heats up so quickly. I just turn it on, leave it alone for 20 minutes while I drink some water with electrolytes, then get in. It’s not quite at the max temp when I get in (135-140 degrees), but it gets to 149 shortly after. I’m always sweaty within 10 minutes, or even just 5 minutes if I was pretty warm before starting. The heater behind my back is somewhat intense so I have to keep some distance from it, but I got used to that after the first session. I stay in for 30 minutes and by that time have been absolutely drenched for at least 15 minutes. This was a really pleasant surprise because I don’t tend to sweat much during intense workouts or even on long hikes on the hottest days of summer. Also, I didn’t expect to use the colored lights or the Bluetooth speakers, but they’ve been great bonuses too. I start playing podcast on my phone through the sauna’s Bluetooth speaker before I get in and leave the phone outside the door so it stays out of the heat. Bottom line, I highly recommend this sauna and have only good things to say about the company and overall experience!

Although customer service is via email they answer pretty quick and provide good customer service. I assembled myself in under and hour. It would be easier with 2 people but not impossible alone. I have a 55-60°basement and it takes 30-45 to heat up to 130-135. Good quality product and enjoy using it.

I purchased the red light expansion kit for my one-person infrared sauna. I just installed it yesterday and have used it two times so far. I had some questions prior to purchasing and customer service was very helpful and got back to me quickly. I would definitely recommend purchasing both the infrared sauna and the red light expansion kit.

Very happy with my purchase. Sauna was easy to set up and gets used daily. Fits perfect on my back deck and just so convenient to just walk out the back door to the new sauna.

I did months of research and was very picky on what exactly I wanted within my reasonable budget. I landed on the Wearwell outdoor sauna in red cedar. We are located in TN and I was worried about the amount of rain/humid weather we get. I emailed the support team prior to purchase, asked all my questions, and they were very responsive and transparent about the maintenance and upkeep and that it would do well in our climate. A few things to note, the instructions are kinda vague but just make sure all corners/walls are flush! We had to take the roof off twice to get everything set. It is a 2 person job but we did it in 2.5-3 hrs from opening boxes to installing to breaking them down. I had a problem with the seal which caused a draft inside. I emailed support and they rectified the problem quickly and it’s been perfect since. It’s heats up to 149 in 30 mins or so. I’ve had the sauna up and running for 6 weeks now and we love it! If you’ve been going back and forth on whether to buy, just do it! you won’t regret it!
