received my order today and am extremely disappointed with the product quality. The items I received are nothing like the images shown on your website.
The material appears very cheap and feels more like plastic than cotton. The printing quality is poor, the finish is substandard, and the overall product looks nothing like what was advertised. Based on the website description and pictures, I was expecting a much higher-quality garment.
Having paid £95 for this order, I feel that the product does not represent the quality or value that was advertised. The marketing gave the impression of a premium Italian-style product, but what I received falls far short of those expectations.
I believe the advertising may be misleading, as the actual product differs significantly from the images and descriptions provided online. I would therefore like to request a full refund and details of the returns process. But I know I will not get it so the bin will be
