Couldn’t fault Sat Works! The pre-installation communication was excellent, they called the night before with an estimated arrival time, engineer was extremely friendly and polite. Works were quick and even when drilling through the brick work to run the cable there was minimal mess and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them!

The lady I spoke to about booking the installation was fantastic. She was so friendly and really knew her stuff. The installer, Jon, arrived well on time, did a great job and was so helpful with me setting up the app to get the starlink set up. I only put my order in on the Sunday afternoon. Was delivered to my caravan on Wednesday so I phoned to arrange installation which was Thursday at 09:00. I can honestly say from my experience what a great service

The booking system was a bit hit and miss but the installer Steve was outstanding - exceptionally helpful, super efficient and all round easy to deal with…

The overall performance was made very straight forward by the whole team.
However Sam the installer was absolutely amazing …. Skilled, knowledgeable and his communication was one of his strengths.

At first we weren't happy with where the dish was placed but they came back and re did it free of charge.

Turned up at the time they said, polite, friendly and did a fantastic job with getting my Starlink deployed and working.
Couldn't be happier with the service they delivered and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just stuck to the basics! Agreed a time, turned up (politely ahead of time), did the job, checked it through and left. Personable installer. What's not to like?

Professional, courteous. Non-standard installation with lots of little issues because of the nature of the building, but went the extra mile to ensure the installation was correct and working.

Helpful and honest. Undertook installation professional and with the minimum of disruption. Left us with a fully working starlink internet connection.

I was very informed about what time the engineer would arrive when he arrived he was polite very informative and took the time to go through everything that I needed to do I would highly recommend him and the company

I had to chase them to get an install date but the install was very professional and trouble free...

The installation was for the residential Starlink install, could not have went smoother with regards the business who dealt with the installation, Engineer kept me up to date on his arrival, I had advised there was a jack russell onsite who would need secured before he arrived.
I had asked if he could phone ahead to allow my elderly auntie to secure the dog.it turned out I was around anyway.
We both went outside and the engineer surveyed the the general area and where was the best position to mount the starlink.
I had to move a few things as my auntie was getting things done to her garden so was still alot of things sitting, aswell as 2 of the jack russell deposits lol which I had to pick up.lol
I would suggest that there is a clear pathway luckily he had this as the business would be well within their rights to cancel the installation due to health and safety concerns.
After the completion of the installation the Engineer spoke me through how he had mounted the starlink which I really didnt expect however that is excellent he did communicate this to me as I can say no other Engineer say from sky or any other provider has detailed this...
The Engineer was respectful of my auntie who is house bound and disabled explained id have to move her chair to get the cable through the wall to the other side.
Respectful and patient, an excellent Engineer and more importantly my auntie said , he was a really nice man and well she hadn't had her YouTube off since.
Thank-you soo soo much Sat - works for making an old elderly housebound person back in touch with the outside world.
Honestly I would recommend these guys over anyone else.

Prior to the installation (Starlink satellite dish) Sat-Works were very professional in fixing a date, communicating what had been arranged, and offering the option of an earlier date if one became available.

The installation itself was great. Mark, the installer, was friendly, happy to discuss options, to explain what he was doing as he went along, and to answer any questions. I am very pleased with the end result.

Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Good communication throughout & John, the installation technician, was excellent. Phone call day before to confirm appointment, arrived on time, and completed a first class, clean job. Very friendly, gave clear instructions on system operation which is now working at promised speed. Fully recommended and would use again.
