Arrived on time. Installation went without any hitches. Explained the set up and basic app usage. Very good service.

Lee was fantastic did a great job with the install. Was very tidy and has done a fantastic job routing cables and keeping them hidden. He also took me through the system and the app.

Extremely helpful from the off and a very experienced fitter who couldn’t do enough to ensure we were 100% satisfied with his installation. We have extremely thick walls in an old farmhouse and a large footprint but for the 1st time ever we now have great wi-fi throughout thanks to his diligence.

Thank you for a friendly, professional installation! Sat-works really went above and beyond to make sure the cables were hidden and everything was completed neatly. We weren’t the easiest of customers as our house is very old and has thick, quartz walls to drill through but this was no trouble for them. He made sure we were connected to WiFi and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Overall extremely satisfied with the service and work carried out. Thank you!

Great installation of my Starlink system. Chatted with Mark, the installer, about my options and he went ahead. It was done quickly and efficiently. He then showed me how to connect and we tested it. All worked great.

The installation technician was punctual, and friendly. He explained fully where he was installing my starlink, and why it was the best place. He worked efficiently and cleared up after himself. He was excellent.

The installer came on time and told us what options we had for installing Starlink, we chose to have it at the back of the house which was tricky but he completed it neatly and tidied up too. The cable coming into the house is not obvious and much neater than I expected so brilliant work.

The on-site engineer was in constant communication prior to the Installation date.

On the day, the work was carried out diligently and swift, the Internet signal has not dropped once.

really happy with service from Sat-Works - friendly and efficient engineer and used drill hole where TV ariel had gone in to keep external wall nice and neat - only reason it is not 5 stars is beacuse I was charged starlink subscription before it was up and running - probably not a lot that Sat-works could have done about this

Engineer was so helpful and experienced that he instantly recommended where to place the dish. Tried his hardest to save me buying an extra cable. Made sure it was easy to understand and did a very neat and tidy install. A really good experience!

I was kept uptodate by phone and messaging. The engineer called confirming installation time and date two days before and on day of installation.
