Honest with job and helping staff thanks of all

Everything was perfect. Easy to communicate and always on time. I recommand.

Brilliant service. Made my trip so much easier. Well planned out and highly recommended.

The organiser agent brother usaid is very helpful and accommodating. Very organised diver was early waiting for me driver knew the agreed price for trip.
Car was very clean
Only downside was I requested an English speaking driver but the driver couldn’t speak English fortunately I speak Arabic.

Clean comfortable cars of all sizes. Experienced drivers. Price charged was fair per market standard.
Overall good experience. Go for it.

Very good service, thanks to all the staff including our driver for their swift replies, kindness and very good assistance, i do recommend!

Easy booking process and excellent communication with the coordinator/managers.

Drivers were punctual and polite and mostly excellent and all our Transfers to/from train stations and airports were pretty seamless with great communication via Whatsapp. Driver details are usually confirmed the day before by the Manager.

Madinah Ziyarat was rushed and the driver spoke little English and was not too interested and provided very little explanation, prefering to be constantly texting on his phone, even while driving!

On the other hand, the Driver we had for Makkah Ziyarat was excellent, very patient and really tried his best to explain things to us even though he at times struggled with English.

Vehicles were mostly new and clean, in Makkah, not quite so in Madinah.

Overall a good reliable service that is worth the slight premium for having everything prearranged and organised before arriving rather than having to organise and haggle with drivers while there.

Absolutely 100% recommended.

Great communication

Excellent service

The Saudi taxi service is great for Umrah travelers. It's reliable, easy to book, and available anytime. The drivers are polite, and the cars are clean and comfortable. Perfect for both short trips and longer journeys.
Our clients have been very satisfied with the service, which makes their journey to Umrah stress-free. We highly recommend this taxi service for anyone traveling for Umrah.

We enjoyed our trip with Saudia taxi

Our driver was on time and very knowledgeable about the ziyarath places. Vehicle was above average and overall a great experience.

Trusted and reliable service.

Had a very good experience with Saudi’s taxi.Very polite staff and everytime reached destination before time

Very very nice service

We had a great experience with their services. The coordination was excellent, and they arrived on time. The vans were clean, and when one of the vehicles had an issue, they immediately sent a replacement. We used both their van and taxi services, and they even took us to Makkah for Umrah and waited for us. We requested to pay in cash, and they handled the reservation for us perfectly. Highly recommend their service!

Timely and efficient. Great customer service

The customer service was great and very convenient. The driver was very cooperative and explained each and every Ziarat and visiting places is a good manner. The car was brand new and very comfortable mashaAllah..Highly recommended 👌
