I have emailed this company 3 times on the contact info email provided on the website (email beginning with Hannah)regarding a reports subscription I am struggling to cancel as we no longer need it.
I haven’t heard anything back and they do not provide a contact number.
Poor communication and costumer service.
What an experience from start to finish.
I contacted this company as I needed to ask some difficult questions about my dogs diet and my little sausage now won’t eat the food I had him on. Surprisingly I was able to speak to someone on the phone. The lady I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject I raised and was extremely helpful.
I was told to buy a sample pack from them rather then a big bag of food, to make sure my dog liked the food, this was refreshing as with other companies you normally have to punt on a big bag of food in the hope your dog will eat it. I ordered on the 1st of February and it arrived the next day, again, something I am not used too.
The company contacted me a couple of days later to check up on how my dog was doing on the food, this was not something I have ever experienced. My dog absolutely lapped up the food, so we bought a big bag of food which again arrived the very next day.
I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Kibble nothing like online images. So dry my dogs won’t eat it and I spent over £80 on a 12kg Angus beef superfood bag. Subsequently they’ve blocked me on Facebook when I tagged them in a post. Previously is spoken to the owner of the company and she’d promised to send me some samples and freebies after being directed to them from dachshund rescue charity where I adopted my dog from: nothing arrived and that was 10 months ago. Please allow me to upload images…!!!
