Price's have increased somewhat since my last purchase of LX006-00 which was £2 cheaper last time I bought, that was in the last year or so.. packaging of the products was not good in my opinion where as before I used to get my orders in a fairly sturdy box to protect the goods this time was an envelope with a piece of card it with do not bend on the front... Package did not arrive in the best condition but luckily no damage to the products inside.... All in all I would say as with many other businesses quality of services and finishing touches has gone down hill.

I'd previously bought some of their products at various model railway shows, but this was my first experience of buying direct from their website.
Very pleased with the service and speed of delivery and of course the quality of the product is excellent. A nice little discount as well for multiple purchases. Will have no hesitation in buying direct from them again and would definitely recommend their products and service.

The web site is well laid out and easy to navigate, so it is easy to find the correct items. Once the order is placed the team efficiently pack and dispatch the items and provide estimated times of delivery, which they allways manage to meet. Over the past couple of months I have had a questions about various modelling techniques ( don't know why but they allways seem to come on a Sunday) The contact page for Scale Model Scenery is well thought out and easy to use. The amazing thing is that in both instances I recieved replies from Justin on the same day (Sunday!!) That is excellent customer service.

Always a good experience when dealing with these guys,recently purchased a pack of weathering paints as seen on the recent live YouTube video which are really useful and well worth watching..the paints are great too.
Product range of lazer cut kits are fantastic..I have a few..fun to build and super detailed but I need more as modelling season approaches!
