Do not pay for priority shipping
I paid for priority shipping but did not receive the item until a week later. I did not receive a refund. I am sure they have the best intentions but they are resellers, without inventory. Shipping is out of their control.

Hi Erin, thank you for your patience. I apologize that our previous emails were vague; we wanted to be sure of the issue before confirming.
It looks like the manufacturer accidentally omitted the suite number on the original shipping label, causing the package to be returned to them. We sent a replacement shipment on 1/9. The good news is that it is currently Out for Delivery according to UPS and should arrive today! Please let us know if you don't receive it by this evening.

Superior service
Scale was missing a display because of damage in shipping. I talked with Seth and he added an additional box and shipped quickly.

Setting up billing was cumbersome
Setting up billing was cumbersome. Ended up using a credit card which didn't appear to be an option before placing the order.
Prices were great and shipping was prompt.

ordering process was simple. I did have to chat with customer support to get the calibration instructions. Customer support was awesome he mailed the instructions and walked me through the process.
