Customer Service was great. They were quick to answer all questions and get the product shipped out. No complaints except for shipping costs, but that can't be helped. Easy shopping experience overall.

So Happy with the first scale I bought a second one.

Fast Service, Great Price, Quality Product!

Amazing scale. Best one I could find on the market.

The replacement load cell was perfect. Install was simple and worked perfectly.

Excellent communication. Great products and service!

I ordered my scale, and I received confirmation almost immediately, and it shipped the next day. It was well packaged and arrived promptly and in good condition.

I called in with questions, and a member of your sales team was able to help find a scale that met my needs and budget. They were very informed about your products, and I can tell they enjoyed what they did. Very pleasant, helpful, and patient.

Great service, great product!

It arrived on time and the scale is beautiful and easy to use.

Flawless product and efficient, correct calibration and documentation

We need accurate scales for our business. The scales we have purchased here have always been accurate and the highest quality at good prices. We had purchased scales on amazon and they did not accurately weigh our ingredients or cosmetics. Recommend Scales Plus if you want a good scale at a good price.

Great service with right price , quick shipment

I certainly received what I wanted. This is a quality product at a reasonable price. I look forward to using it.

I was able get the scale that I wanted plus the certified document included at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a scale for the sport that I use it for.
