I bought three scarves: two as gifts and one for myself. They are all gorgeous, in rich colors, and super soft! My order came quickly and was packaged beautifully. I am completely satisfied with my order. Thanks, scarves.com!

I ordered my scarves in October and was thrilled by the selection and variety of styles and colors! Two of my choices were backordered, so unfortunately the entire order didn't end up shipping until December, but when they arrived I loved every scarf! They were exactly as described, great quality, exactly what I was expecting! I wish the communication about the entire order not shipping until December would have been better communicated, but overall would definitely recommend and order again!

The two scarves I purchased as Christmas gifts were both received with wide eyes and "wow, it's beautiful!". The customer service was also fantastic with quick replies and friendly people...a rarity in much customer service! Thank you!

Bought a few scarves for myself and some for gifts. They shipped fast and in the cutest package!! Had to wait a while to order due to everyone buying their Groupon deal but they restocked alot quicker than I expected and I loved how they categorized "long" scarves by themselves, I hate having to read the dimensions of each one! I will be ordering from them again!

I had never heard of Scarves.com, but got a Groupon for them. I ordered three scarves and a scarf hanger and was very pleased with all of them...until I had a problem with one of the scarves the first time i ordered. However, after one email explaining the issue, I received wonderful customer service. After thinking I could never recommend this company, I would now highly recommend them as overall I think the quality of the scarves is very good (I've received many compliments on the scarves I've worn), but to me, good customer service is a lost art and this company excels in great customer service. HIGHLY recommend! And thank you Jennifer for quickly fixing what was a potentially bad experience.

I ordered my scarves over a month ago as Christmas gifts for my daughter. It is Christmas Eve and I do not have the scarves. So much for that Christmas gift. Once I get this situation straightened out I will never order from scarves.com again!

I ordered 4 scarves, 2 for gifts, 2 for me. They shipped so fast and i could not believe how quickly they arrived. The scarves are beautifully packaged with a handy gift box and a charming purple ribbon.
The scarves that I received for myself are incredibe. Especially the heather gray is so soft and the length is just right.
I certainly will be taking care of all of my scarves needs here for the future.

I've placed two separate orders for four scarves. Fast service and quality scarves. I have one hesitation with one of the scarves, may need to send it back because there are a few snags in it, but I'm not overly concerned. I expect good customer service, which I've received all along. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

I bought a groupon for Scarves.com, because there was a particular scarf I wanted to buy for a friends birthday. I got a second scarf too. The second scarf came, along with an apologetic note that the birthday scarf was no longer available. I called, because there wasn't anything else that I really wanted to buy for her. The woman was just wonderful on the phone. She took the time to locate a couple of the particular scarves that I wanted which were still around, and then Fed-exed it to me to get here in time for my friends birthday. That was great customer service. AND, she was very pleasant about it!

A while after my order had been placed I still hadn't heard from the company. I contacted them by email and found out one of the scarves I had ordered was on backorder. OK. But then it would have been nice if they had shipped the one that wasn't...so when my order finally came, the scarf that was on back order was the only one that arrived. I did get a letter stating what had happened but I still am irritated that the one I didn't receive was available when I ordered it initially.

I also had purchased these with a discounted gift certificate type thing and I'm not sure with shipping if I am still getting a deal. I am left with a partial credit on my account, but since I never signed in for the initial order, I'm not sure how to use the credit.

The one scarf I did receive was very nice in quality

I bought 4 scarves and was happy with the fast shipping and all but one of them. I had picked out the eggplant because the color online was brilliant purple. When I received it looks more like a brown. Not at all what I was wanting for this particular persons gift.

I ordered four scarves as holiday gifts for the office. The selection was great and the speed of shipment was unbelievably fast. Quality was impressive and the presentation (boxed, tissue paper, bow) was an unexpected surprise.

If I could offer one small piece of advise .... I was unable to gift the scarves in the wonderful presentation they arrived in. More than one scarf was boxed in each box and I had to separate them. I know it may cost the company more money to box each scarf separate, but the brand is on each box and the presentation speaks for itself. It would be free advertising and I wouldn't have bothered wrapping them.

I ordered three beautiful scarves, two were intended as Christmas gifts. After not hearing from the company for two months, I telephoned them and they advised that one scarf had recently been shipped but the supplier of the other two had not filled their order and would not be doing so. I had been only charged for the one scarf, but I am confused about the finances as I had purchased a group discount coupon and used that for my purchase(s). The person on the telephone was very polite and advised me what had happened and that even nicer scarves would be in stock in the new year.

I received the one scarf two days later. It was wrapped beautifully, complete with bow and a letter advising that they had been trying several times to reach me, unsuccessfully, with the above information.

The scarf itself is lovely. It is not one I had intended to gift, so it is mine to keep and I know I will enjoy it. It is definitely high quality and something I haven't seen available in other stores.

I appreciate the quality of the scarf, the person who interacted with me by telephone was pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding of my frustration. The letter they provided explained a great deal. I believe the group discount situation had overtaxed the company's stocks and I would visit the website again.

Hi, I ordered a scarve for the very first time from Scarves.com.
1. I was very surprised at the short time that it took to receive it.
2. I was very pleased at the emails that I received keeping me up todate on the progress of my purchase. For example. I received a email stating that they received my order. Then I received a email when it had been shipped. I also received a email with a tracking number. I appreciated the information because it made me realize that my business was important your company.
When I received the scarf, I loved it!!!! It a beautiful color and very soft.

I told the girls in my office and highly recommended that they check out your website.

I ordered two scarves with a $40/20 groupon gift....the pink scarf no longer is available and they sent me a credit for $13. which as you all knows only buys a scarf but you have to do the shipping....after I already paid for shipping from the one they DID NOT have....not good business practice...I notified them with this and have heard nothing....there ya go! LJ

the package came when the company stated. The scarves were packaged beautifully in the box . The scarves are as described and of very nice quality.

It was the first time I bought a scarf online because I am EXTREMELY picky! I usually need to feel them, try them on but I came past a groupon that I just couldn't pass up for this site and once I got my order in I fell in love! I already have bought them since for presents for friends (and myself ;))

I had never heard of your company and just happened upon it. I was amazed of the many different styles and selections you have. I probably looked around for at least a couple of hours before making my choices. I'm keeping the scaves I purchased for Christmas gifts for my teenage daughter. I know she will love them and want to look around and buy some more after Christmas. The scaves seem to be well made and of good quality material, so I know she will be pleases. And.. I might just have to buy myself some as well:)

I got a Groupon from a friend of mine. And I went on to this website and was overwhelmed by the choices! There were so many great colors and styles and patterns! This website is great! I ordered two and got them in the mail very quickly! I will most definitely be using Scarves.com again!
