Bought the Groupon and selected two scarves; never heard of the this company before even though I'm a scarf lover. I've always purchased mine by feeling them. I have been pleasantly surprised at how accurate the descriptions were. I love the viscose scarf and the pashmina is very nice also--I would have liked it to be alittle thicker but since it's so huge I think the weight is right on. The selection was great too!!

I ordered five items in October after purchasing Groupon coupon without knowing most of their items were back ordered. Three weeks or later they emailed me saying one of the item is out of stock so I had to pick another scarf. About two weeks later I received another email saying that item I picked two weeks ago is out of stock. I picked another scarf hopping I could get it before christmas...which I originally ordered them in October. Finally I received all the scarves in December but the qualities were cheap and I will not recomand anyone.

I purchaed two scarves for Christmas gifts. Both scarves were beautiful and high-quality. I like them so much I kept them for myself! I will definitely buy from scarves.com again!!

Purchased a Groupon Coupon for ties.com which is also scarves.com. Ended up buying 2 scarves for my wife and they arrived, exactly as described, in one week. And we live in Canada. Great service and speedy shipping. Highly recommended and would definately buy from again.

I found Scarves.com through a Groupon. It was a great deal for some new accessories.

My original order had an item on backorder so it wasn't going to ship until later than I really wanted, but I was willing to wait. Then I got a call that I would need to select something else... It wasn't the smoothest process, but the customer service rep did her best to make it right.

Within a couple of days of talking to customer service, my order arrived. I'm VERY pleased with the quality of the scarves. I would order again.

I ordered 5 scarves on October 19 and since 2 were listed as backorder they wouldn't ship them separately. I forgot all about them by the end of November when I got a call from them. Some manufacturing factory wouldn't ship them 2 of the scarves and so I had to go on their website and pick two different ones to replace the ones I originally ordered a MONTH prior. I had gotten emails from them saying I could do it myself online and then it wouldn't work. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they would ship out the rest with the new invoice shortly. I received my scarves in December. As in 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I wanted to cancel my order throughout the entire ordeal. I didn't because they were gifts. I would NEVER use their company again. I would NEVER recommend. Yes the scarves are pretty but for 18-40$ a scarf and a 2 MONTH shipping rate you will end up getting them at the end of winter and then it won't be useful..

On top of that they sent me an email to review their products on their website. The links keep bringing me to a page has expired so I can't even review any of my purchases.

I've become a scarf junkie! I would recommend scarves.com to anyone and everyone; great for gifts, great for treating yourself. I now have 8 scarves from them and I love them all.

Ordered two pashminas from the groupon deal they offered. Was an awesome value and shipped relatively quickly. No complaints!

I bought a scarves.com Groupon and was very happy with the products I received. I had to wait for some back ordered items but when I called customer service they upgraded my shipping without my asking and checked on the status for me. The items arrived well packaged and in good condition. Their scarves are very cute and well made. They would have been expensive without the Groupon but they are quality products. Would buy again!

I ordered three scarves, and while they were out of stock initially on two of my choices (probably because everyone had bought a Groupon like me and ordered like crazy); I selected two others and they were promptly shipped. My daughters and I all wear them and everyone compliments on our scarves. I am pleased.

I ordered the Barcelona scarf in orange and the Palma solid loop acrylic scarf in mauve. Both exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, especially the Barcelona scarf, and are truly gorgeous. The company also shipped them very quickly. I'd recommend Scarves.com to anyone!

A couple of the scarves were back ordered but they arrived earlier than expected. I had to call customer service as the wrong colors were sent. They promptly sent out the correct colors with a postage paid label to return the other ones. I ordered 2 others and they arrived correct and fast. The quality seems very nice.

Groupon brought me to this website. I like the scarves and the search options. You can search by style, color, material, season... I wish there were more options and other materials, such as cashmere. I placed my order and one scarf was out of stock. I understood that my order would not ship until that scarf was in inventory. About a week and a half later, a customer service rep sent me an email saying that they received their shipment and that scarf was not included and to pick a different scarf. I emailed her back within a few hours and picked the same scarf but in a different color. It was in stock at the time of my response. A week later, the rep responded saying they had sold out of that color. I was upset that it took the rep an entire week to respond. I picked another color by email. I also called the customer service number and left a voicemail asking for a confirmation phone call or email the very next business day. The rep emailed me back the next day saying that the scarf was in stock and my order would ship soon. It did and I received my order in a little over a week. Overall, it took about three weeks for my order to ship. One of the scarves was a poor quality and I used the online form to exchange it for another scarf. That was four days ago, I'm still waiting for a response.
