Read the product description
Made the mistake of buying an android compatible endoscope when I needed one for iPhone ( my mistake). Tried to return it but was informed that it wasn’t feasible at the time, good communication with company, they offered compensation, which I declined as it wasn’t their fault. Maybe I need to read the item description better next time

Long delivery time
The delivery time took too long but that’s because the product came from China, admittedly I was kept informed on the tracking of its whereabouts which was good. The product I received was as expected. I did have a problem with the payment amount and after emailing them this was resolved very quickly so for customer service & communication I give them full marks.
