When you receive a order charge without ordering anything is a problem. When you don't even know the item that is being receive is a problem. I requested to cancel any future orders.

I have been using Scentbird for many years and just recently cancelled because there is not much of a choice for the perfumes that I am interested in, but my rating has nothing to do with that. It is becuase I was very happy with the service, the delivery and above all the customer service. They are quick to respond and I find that to be very important when dealing with customers. I would recommend them any time. The prices are what they are for designer perfumes and of course everybody has to make a little bit of profit, it is afterall a business not a charity. I was never disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience with Scentbird. I requested to cancel my subscription 15 of August , but I was charged again for another perfume. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I had not completed the cancellation process.
I had only tried one perfume from Scentbird, and I found the fragrance weak and disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the price.
Overall, I was unhappy with both the perfume quality and the subscription cancellation process. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Scentbird.

We’re sorry this experience left you disappointed, both with the fragrance and the cancellation process. A cancellation must be fully completed to stop future renewals, and once it’s successful, a confirmation email is sent.
Regarding fragrance strength, some scents are Eau de Parfum (EDP) while others are Eau de Toilette (EDT). EDPs generally have a higher concentration of fragrance oils and may last longer, while EDTs are typically lighter and may need to be reapplied during the day. Longevity can also vary depending on the fragrance itself and your skin chemistry.

Double Charge + Wrong Perfume? No thanks.
I purchased a perfume for my fiancee and then at 3am I got another attempted charge on my card, so I login to my account to see that not only did they not give me the perfume I selected for her, but they changed it to some completely random perfume with a fairly low rating and not anything at all of which she would be interested in. Never again will I use this service.

If a selected fragrance becomes unavailable when an order processes, the system may move to the next available fragrance in the queue or use the Fragrance of the Month if no backups are available. The additional attempted charge may also be related to a subscription, premium selection, or add-on, so we’d like to review it properly. It has been a great way to try…
It has been a great way to try different scents to find the one you like best. You can cancel anytime from the subscription. I have enjoyed trying different scents. It is easier this way than trying a bunch at a department store and trying to remember what scent you liked best. They tell you when it has shipped and always has arrived. No deceptive billing. I recommend.

I wanted to try some more expensive perfume brands a bit cheaper but honestly any of the ones i want to try all have an “extra cost”. Most of these that arent extra cost i personally haven’t heard of. Which is fine btw i like trying new things. Some that I have heard of i mean i could literaly take my monthly price times two and go buy a bottle. My first one i got was bright crystal and ive had a sample of this before and it smells awesome but the vial i got not so great. It smells a bit off and the sprayer could work a bit smoother. Im gonna do probably one more month and be done. This has just been my experience so far.

i wouldn't buy a larger one
I liked the scent you sent, i wouldnt buy it though however people compliment me all the time. I like the vanilla scent under tonens when it calms down over the day. I think it smells peppery or spicy when you first spray it.
