I had an excellent experience with Scents N Stories. The quality of their products is outstanding, and each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt. Customer service was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Scents N Stories for anyone looking for premium fragrances and thoughtful service.

Disappointing purchase. Beyond Layers smells nothing like Baccarat Rouge 540 to my nose. The fragrance is much duller and lacks the signature sweetness and projection that make Baccarat Rouge 540 unique. Not recommended if you're looking for a close clone.
The quality is bad it smells like almost nothing not lasting. I ordered online and the main website does not even let me publish bad review so i am posting my review on Google for others to clearly see that they can not always filter out bad reviews on all platforms.

One word for thr brand is "Worthy fellow"

I placed and fully paid for my order on 21 May 2026 for delivery in Lahore. Today is 4 June 2026, and my order is still stuck "in process" with no delivery, no proper explanation, and no accountability from Scents N Stories.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that after keeping my order pending for nearly two weeks, they suddenly asked me to provide a payment receipt. Nowhere during the ordering or payment process was it stated that customers must separately share payment proof. If this is part of their verification process, it should be clearly communicated before taking customers' money, not weeks later when customers start asking about their delayed orders.

Their own shipping policy states that orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days. My order has exceeded these timelines by a huge margin, yet there has been no proactive communication, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue.

The customer service experience was equally disappointing. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the helpline staff. As a paying customer, I expected answers and support, not attitude.

Taking payment immediately, failing to process an order within the promised timeframe, asking for additional proof after weeks of delay, and then treating customers poorly when they seek updates reflects extremely poor operational management and customer care.

At this point, it feels like the company is more interested in collecting payments than fulfilling orders efficiently. I strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering, especially if they expect timely delivery, transparent communication, or professional customer service.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Scents N Stories.

Unprofessional behavior: My parcel hasn't been delivered yet. It's been 10 days. They mentioned 2–4 working days. Their courier company, TRAX, hadn't received a call since I ordered again, and they said we can't deliver you because your previous parcel is on the pending list, so what?

Best perfume for everyday use.

Every single purchase I made from this brand has NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME! Not even once. Lasting 10/10, value for money 10/10, fragrances 10/10. I have owned more than 10 fragrances from this brand and I got compliments for every single one of those. I also want to highlight that when I purchased those fragrances, they did not have stalls in malls back then, so there was no way I could try the perfumes before purchasing. I am so glad I found a very reliable perfume brand. Their prices are so reasonable I have bought catch 22 and smash my head, merry me intense and so many others specially for gifting purposes and everyone absolutely loved it! I get compliments every time I wear them. Maze ki bat.. I own several international branded perfumes like bombshell, special limited edition guy wevictoria secret, bath n body works, Jimmy Choo, Dior , jadore Gucci flora Gucci bloom,J. , ARABIAN OUD, Versace and many many many others. Unke fragrance no doubt smell very premium but their lasting is so disappointing. Some of them last 3 4 hours some not even 1 hour.. :/ or itna Bura lgta he itna expensive perfume 1 ghanta b last na kre. Kisi event me Jana Hota Ghar SE laga k nikalte, 1 ghante k raste me fragrance hi ghyb.

I was beyond shocked when I tried their merry me Intense, bachi ki shirt pe lgaya tha or jitni dada bachi Pas SE guzri tab tb khushbu arhi thi, phr Mene 24 hours me kapre b change kra diye, maile kapre 1 week rakhe the usme b khushbu Ari thi 😂 oooorr Uske bad Mene kapre dho diye to dhulne k bad me kpre phela rhi thi TABBB BHI KHUSHU ARHI THI SHIRT ME SE 😬😬😬 Surf excel fko bolo ye dho k dikhayen lol or perfume ki price was little above 2400 hahah I felt so happy and so disappointed at the same time 🫩🤣

I was hesitating to post review because jis chiz k zada ache reviews ho famous hojaye WO ya to mehngi hojati ya uski quality kharab hojati he.. I don't know how long these fragrances will be available in reasonable prices but I'm so glad I did not miss them.

Summarizing my experience: go for their most famous top rated scents. I'm not saying other ones are bad but they rather smell a bit cheaper or maybe just not my taste.

Mens me abi tk srf catch 22 edp or smash my head esp try Kia he Mene. Kuch new b aye Hain like taiz Iqbal but I haven't tried them so I can't say anything about those.

The thing is that it has never disappointed me at any time at any event and Iqbal and smash my head is recommended 🖤🖤🖤

Fake brand got paid actors at TikTok.shit quality and pathetic way of earning.by providing fake perfumes.last only 15 min.

Finally received my one of most fav fragrance Merry me I'm really obsessed with this osam fragrance thank you so much scent and stories for wonderful packging and lovely fragrance Delivery was so fast 🫶🏻❤️

Great products, but Catch 22 Gold Edition and Iqbal are truly exceptional perfumes.

I love their perfumes a lot they are really long lasting and smells awesome specially Romantic coffee and Catch 22

Hi everyone. This is a fake brand with fake perdumes. I have ordered there sample set and iqbal.poor quality and lasted just for 15 min all of them. They dont take reviews at tik tok and return policy is not there as they say you. Fragrance did not have any nites which was described.

In time COd. Safe parcels n the best part Premium fragrances in budget.

Very bad customer service on both WhatsApp and the website. They only waste your time. I would never recommend them to anyone. They send one tracking number but never provide proper updates. Please do not place orders through their website or WhatsApp.

I had a really bad experience with Scent and Stories. I placed an order 9 days ago and have been messaging them daily. Every time they say the order has been delivered and that it will arrive in the next 1–2 days, but nothing has arrived yet. Sometimes they don’t even reply to messages, which shows very poor customer service.
I have already purchased 6 Hisar perfumes from them before and recently ordered 2 more. Previously I bought them physically from the store, but the last time I ordered online I faced the same issue, and now it is happening again.
Their service is very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering through their WhatsApp or website because the service is extremely poor. If you want to purchase from them, it is better to buy directly from their physical shop.
Due to this bad experience, I will not order from them again
