I ordered a men's Pashmina shawal . The order was filled promptly,however when it arrived contrary to my quality expectation it turned out to be a very ordinary product.
Called KK was attended promptly & upon asking if I could return & buy a woolen shawl(may be better quality) was told no return policy.
So zero for the product but two stars for order,mail & handling.
Was looking forward to buy some men & women's wear khaddar ....but not any more !

Delivery was free both times with tcs next day delivery

First of all there was no confirmation…
First of all there was no confirmation of the order on the phone. No sms.
Nothing like that.
Which made me feel that the order hasn't been recorded.
So I went to the nearest shopping mall to buy the clothes from there.
Then today all of a sudden I received the order.
And guess what.
I ordered winter clothbut received summer cloth.
And that too of quite a low quality if not the lowest.
I literally hate giving negative remarks but now I realize why do people give negative remarks
