Hands down worst customer care I have ever experienced. Had ordered stock wallpaper through Interior Designer but had to request to return the batch as the wallpaper specified did not work for our awkward space. The manager made the return process as difficult as possible, refusing to believe the reason for return and made us jump through hoops to prove the paper was unsuitable and then having to open a dispute when they failed to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Manager seemed to be particularly contemptuous of having to deal with an ordinary end user rather than “trade partner”. They eventually and begrudgingly agreed to a partial refund but still held up the process and we had to wait over 4 months to finally be refunded. Would give zero stars if possible.
