Reliable honest helpful.

I have always had a very good experience, my medication has always been believed on time,the drivers are very respectful and very helpful if I have and questions or need a new sharps bin, I get regular updates and I'm always kept informed.

Poor communication between hospital

Poor communication between hospital, sciensus and the patient resulting in missed medication and flare up of illnesss due to medication not being administered/ delivered at the correct time. Shocking lack of urgency and extremely long delay in resolving the issue. Sciensus still haven’t sorted the problem nor have I received my medication to date which has resulted in 2 missed doses . This medication is very important to keep me in remission but sciensus do not seem to understand this.
I do not recommend this company as the service is shockingly bad.

Sciencus app and service is 1st class

Sciencus app and service is 1st class, the app has so much to it, schedules, contacts etc, and delivery personnel are very polite and helpful, nowadays having app is so much easier to keep track, with new features etc added regularly.
I cant fault it, easy to use, an example for the rest to follow, well done its 5 stars from me.

The "experience" was good, not great

The "experience" was good, not great. Delivery was at a good time but it would have been better if the driver was able to call or text me on arrival so that I didn't have to stand outside in the rain to make sure of not missing them.

Absolutely fantastic

Excellent Belfast nursing team …

The Belfast nursing team are absolutely second to none. Their duty of care and the information and knowledge they have provided during my breast cancer treatment has been absolutely excellent! Nothing is too much trouble for them and all such friendly girls!
