Efficient and quick response.
I had a query about my claim form and this was answered quickly and efficiently.
I was reassured, and was then able to submit my claim.I received the settlement into my bank really quickly.

However all I've done is bought a policy. No direct interaction yet, which is what really counts, hence 4*currently. This may go up or down!
