I've been a subscriber since nearly the beginning. The wealth of tips in video format for understanding Apple products (particularly software for Apple products) is quite amazing. There are many presenters now, and all are excellent. A real value for the price

Hi Felipe, on checking it looks like there were two separate membership payments set up with two different payment providers. I've refunded the most recent one and written to you with some options on how you want to receive the balance. Unfortunately this sometimes happens but we always pride ourselves on a rapid resolution and a no-quibble refund policy. I'm just sorry we didn't pick up on this sooner. I hope the matter is resolved to your satisfaction but if not, just drop me a note and I will deal with it personally.
