Terrible Experience – Still No Account After Two Weeks!

I paid Social Tradia two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received the account I purchased. Their customer service is extremely slow and unresponsive—I’ve reached out multiple times, and all I get are vague replies (if they even bother responding). At this point, I’m starting to feel like I got scammed. If they can’t deliver what they promise, they should at least offer a refund, but they don’t seem to care. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money!

Extremely valuable service, more professional than expected! To be honest, we had some doubts on trusting them. But Scrowise cooperated always during their office hours. Slight tip would be to have wider opening hours for support. But they were already really fast during their working hours.

Make sure to have the selling party on board all the time. Keep them motivated to sell, and follow the process. If you have that settled, than you are ready to roll

Good and interesting platform, I confess that when I went to use it I didn't know that platforms like this existed but the concept is quite interesting.
Now as an assessment, I would like to say that the staff is very attentive, however, one thing that I didn't like so much was that they threatened to abandon the process before completion,
and this happened about 3 times during the process.
Therefore, I would like to conclude by saying that for my first time it went relatively well and I am happy that in the end everything worked out as planned.

This is the least expensive service like this I know about and they offered me great service when I bought an Instagram account through them. The process went smoothly and when I later decided to sell that account through another escrow service (the buyer insisted we use a different one), the customer service representative with Scrowise was very helpful in that process as I needed access to the original email that Scrowise still had access to. It was a very frustrating process with the other escrow service and they were unprofessional and didn't even know the correct way of locating an Instagram's original email. Scrowise was patient and helped me navigate that with them.

I put a bid in for an account. I got an email saying: "Hi Andrew, Thanks for submitting your offer to Social Tradia.
Good News, We have been able to contact the seller and closed the deal for $400 USD."

Notice how it says "Closed".

I was in the middle of making the purchase with a back and forth with one of their representatives.

I requested to make payment with a credit card instead of a wire transfer.

The very next email was them saying they sold it to someone else.

Then they said they sell it to whoever payed first..... I was stunned at why they would say they closed the deal if they take whoever pays first.

Not a big deal, I completely get that but they do not make that clear when they say the deal is "Closed".

Needless to say I won't be doing business with a company like this.
