The surveyor was friendly
The surveyor was friendly , professional ,knowledgeable, and informative . He has done a detailed survey of the property understanding the importance of valuation of the property . He has done the survey with the concern , not just for the sake of doing it . His smile throughout the inspection , from visiting the garden area to climbing on the stairs to loft was making is feel comfortable . We found easiness with him. Thank you .

Excellent Survey for remortgage
Good communication via text, phone about appointment date by "SDL Surveying team" and then on day of survey call before visit by surveyor Mr. Gill who arrived in allocated time slot. Mr Gill our Surveyor was amazing, polite, professional, courteous and easy to talk to.
He did proper detail survey, photos & documentation and the results were uploaded on the same day and was in line with our expectation.
Definitely recommend SDL Surveying more and thank you so much Mr. Gill.

Contracted via HSBC to provide basic…
Contracted via HSBC to provide basic valuation on our heritage property. The surveyor made a basic clerical error on the nature of the construction. It was probably a box ticking error but has made the property unmortgagable with our current lender. Pointless waste of time that is impossible to correct meaning we have to start again when experts in the field of lime render could easily identify the correct construction method. Poor and hugely frustrating. Avoid if it matters as obviously poorly trained and overworked.

Excellent service again
Had another survey done today by SDL Surveying with Paul Fieldson being the person who attended. I received a text message first thing this morning giving me the time slot and the timing of him arriving was spot on. Paul was professional, efficient and thorough on his inspection and advised my tenant on what he was there to do. Another professional service from Paul Fieldson @ SDL.
