I am on automatic renewal once a year. Gave 30 day advance notice with price and expected delivery date. Can when expected. Only complaint is they are a little pricy.

The temperature sensor in my Whirlpool built-in wall oven suddenly stopped working. Looking at close to $350 for a repairman to come fix it, I opted for attempting to fix it myself (saving over $250). After researching the appropriate replacement part and verifying that this one would work with my oven, I ordered it and received it the next day! I was pleased with how easy it was to find the right part and that it was delivered so quickly! Thanks to another reviewer here for this part, I was confident in being able to remove the old one and install the new one. Not too bad for a female in her 60's! The oven began working properly again - highly recommend Sears Parts Direct for OEM parts.

A non related question - (I purchased a Shave Plate (P/N 79000120-4044) and a pair of Slide Shoes (P/N 731-06439). Why are the slide shoes sold individually and not as a pair? I would think most customers would buy a "pair" rather than a single shoe.

I am grateful that despite as old as my refrigerator is, that Sears continues to supply the parts required for it to keep running efficiently. Thanks so much!
