This is a great company to deal with. I am an auto dealer that ships many cars and I would recommend anyone to use Secure Auto Shipping. There very honest and have great customer service.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCOUNTABLE!!!

I am writing this review about Secure Auto Shipping. This company arranged the shipment of my vehicle, first with a land transport, then ocean shipment.

At the time of booking I didn't realize this company only served as a broker with two other companies. They charged me a fee of $465 for this service.

The problem occurred when they arranged for the truck transfer. Their agent arranged for my car to be COD, cash on delivery, in California knowing I was in Hawaii. The trucking company contacted me asking me how I was going to get cash to their company because they don't except payments from Secure Auto Shipping. When I contacted Secure Auto Shipping for assistance and explanation, the representative said, "sorry our agent had done this before... Do you have any way to get cash to the trucking company" When I asked why this became my problem when it was their mistake, he told me to give him a little time to try to figure it out.

Well the next day, with the trucking company still calling me for payment that should have been handled by Secure Auto Shipping, every subsequent attempt to contact them has failed. When setting up the booking, my calls were answered almost every time , since, I have been unable to get through via the phone and have not received a response from them via email, text nor message through their website.

Ultimately I had to go obtain a money order and send through express mail to the trucking company and wait an extra week for my car to be released to the shipping company.

I have since had to contact the shipping company on my own to arrange payment and get info on the status of my car.

My big question is what exactly did I pay $465 to Secure Auto Shipping for?? For them to make a shamble of my car shipment then leave me in the lurch? Feeling like my car was held hostage due to no fault of my own.

Totally unprofessional and unaccountable. I would never recommend anyone trusting their valuable car to this company.

Todd was very helpful, he explained the process to me clearly. I had lots of questions as I was overwhelmed with offers from other companies. Our truck arrived timely and in good condition. The transport rate was 400.00 less than other quotes I received. I was able to communicate with the driver anytime I needed to.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Secure team for helping me get my girlfriends car back across the country to Miami. It was an extremely strerssfree experience. I have shipped my car before with another company and this was the easiest and quickest. Dispatch gave me updates the entire time. Loved the communication. Thanks again guys, i will use you again when its time to head out west again.

No damage on-time delivery no problems, only thing I would like is a on-line tracker.

My friend sold his car to me and shipped it from Oregon to Delaware. After reading horror stories about other transport companies, I was filled with trepidation on whether the car would reach me safe and in time. My friend called Secure Auto Shipping and the job was posted on the board for a driver to pick up. Pro Logistics Transport Inc. was the company that picked up the car. My friend worked out the shipping costs and details with Dan, from Pro Logistics, who was very efficient and responsive. The 100$ advance was paid to Secure Auto on April 30, the driver from Pro Logistics was assigned and the car was picked up as scheduled on May 2 and was delivered to me the following Monday, May 11th, earlier than expected! The car was delivered to me in perfect condition, without a scratch. The whole operation was quick and hassle free. Nick, the person driving the truck, called me early on Monday morning at 8:30 to inform me that he would be at my home in DE that evening between 6 and 8pm and that I would need to be ready with the payment in the form of cash or money order to receive the car. He also kept me informed of where he was when I called a couple of times later in the evening to find out if the delivery was still on track. He parked as close as possible to my home (because my apartment community does not allow trucks inside) and gave me plenty of time to inspect the car and collected the payment. There were no damages to the car, the whole process was trouble free and pleasant and I got my car even earlier than I realistically expected. Absolutely problem free. Excellent service. Keep up the great work! I would definitely recommend this transport company to others!

My interactions with William exceeded my expectations! I had my car listed to transport with another company for 5 weeks and once I contacted Secure Auto Shipping, I had a driver in less than 24 hours! The driver they found for me (Marvin) kept in constant contact with me until he picked up the car- he was professional and delivered our car safely from Florida to California a day earlier than expected! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with this company, William and Marvin!

After speaking to a gentlemen online, being told someone would be in touch, I never heard again. I called someone a few days before departure and kept getting the run around, how someone else would call me. Complete info was not given to me until the day of pick-up, though could not come to my residence, drop of could not be at my location - had to meet them, driver was not friendly. I would not use this agency again.

Had a great experience. Driver was fantastic, kept us updated all through the transport. Car came in perfect condition. Very happy with the service.

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very personable. He made sure that I got the best deal and the quickest shipping method.

The gentleman that delivered my motorcycle was always giving me updates on his whereabouts. I felt very comfortable knowing that my motorcycle was in safe hands.

The safe transit of my car was done although the driver called to pick up 2 days prior to agreed upon time. He was very considerate allowing me to load the car while he waited

My truck was walked on and damaged in several places which I am unable to get repaired here because of the lack of repair shops. The top part of truck above the windshield on both sides has a dent about the size of a softball. Also the grill next to my windshield wipers was walked on and dislocated and broke. We needed to transport the cars from California to Utah twice within 2 months period. In each case Secure Auto Shipping did an outstanding job,it was smooth process, easy to communicate, and delivered as promised. We'll use them again for sure.

Pros: The company is well staffed, so you are always able to speak to one of the representatives.

Cons: Communication to the customer should be improved. Secure Auto Shipping promised that they would pick up my car on a particular Saturday. However, closer to the date of pick up, I received several calls from them offering me other choices of a pick up on a Friday or Sunday instead, based on when a carrier was going to be in town. Due to this change, I had to re-arrange my plans and drop off my car at a friend's place as I had to fly out of town. Furthermore, I was informed that a certain carrier was going to pick up the car, but on the day of pick-up another carrier showed up. I was not given a heads-up about this. Finally, the new carrier had not been given the address of my friend (which I had provided to Secure Auto Shipping), so the new driver was confused as to where the car was going to be.

If you are looking for a legit shipping company look no further. Secure Auto Shipping did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. I have shipped a lot of cars in my time and never has the transaction been so smooth... Keep up the good work guys!

The transporter did a great job getting it home on time and with out a scratch. My only possible complaint is when they removed the items off the arch that were over height they damaged the cable to the GPS and the TV antenna. They need to realize that requires running a complete new cable. Other than that a good experience. Thanks.
