Secure Auto Shipping - 2006 Nissan Murano
Car was transported from CT to FL. Everything went fine until upon delivery of the vehicle I noticed the AWD light inside the car was on and wouldn't go off. I subsequently had to take the car to the Nissan dealership to see what the issue was. The dealer found a cable underneath the vehicle had been severed causing the light issue inside the vehicle. It cost me $200 for the repair. The dealer was fairly certain the car carrier caused the problem based on where the cable was and the fact everything was fine prior to the car being transported. Dimitri at Secure Auto said he would look into it and get back to me. It has been three weeks and I haven't heard a word so apparently my concerns and out of pocket costs to have the car repaired was not important enough. I am disappointed in the lack of follow up and for this reason I could not recommend this broker.

I trusted this company on handle in my car but my car was driven over 100 miles I am still not getting any answer why my car driven and the service was supposed to be door to door services.
I am still waiting for an answer til today I can't even find any info to filed my claim for this matter.
Dishonest is not a word on my vocabulary.

Very quick results Very happy
I had been working with another transport company and they were not getting any results. I needed an enclosed trailer for my vehicle. I emailed Secure Auto and they responded quickly, I talked with Ross and explained what I needed and when. I received and call the next morning telling me they could pickup my car in 3-4 days and I would have it in a week. I couldn't have been happier with the transportation and the Driver was professional and kept me updated on the time frame he would be here.

Got my car
Easy set up, but once a carrier was found it wasn't easy! So many excuses! We had issues with pick up times and lots of craziness for drop off as well. The owner's name is Francisco and his wife handles all the calls. I forgot her name because I deleted her number right away because we'll never do business with them again. They had another blowout and long story short, we drove to them 45 mins out to get our car. Rude and inconsiderate of customer's time! Needless to say we did get our car in one piece so I'm thankful for that.

Please understand that although our carriers try their very best to not just meet, but exceed customer expectations, there are unfortunate instances where the carrier will have issues with their trucks and try to inform the customers of any possible resolution so that they may get their vehicles sooner. The option to drive to meet him was given in order for you to get your vehicle as soon as possible instead of waiting for the driver to get the blowout fixed ( which on 18 wheelers can be quite a lengthy wait ). We apologize once again for our carriers misfortunes, and hope that you give us an opportunity to ship any vehicles for you in the future at a discounted rate!
