I contacted yourselves and requested cancellation forms for the Raigmore Motel, they were filled out and sent back. You have refused to cancel my contract although I left the tenancy on the 30th of June and are refusing to swap over the account for the new tenants and also ignoring my emails wanting the Ombudsman to get involved

Amazing Customer Service
I have contacted them to set up new portal online as i have just started the job with new company. the advisor was so helpful. not only she assist me to set up new account but she also help me to get some of the old copies of the invoices too. it was supper quick and easy.
