The site is slow. And peopl sometimes find it difficult to make payments. I have many courses hosted and running several ads, you guys should improve on site speed,it discourages buyers,thinking of changing platforms even, I have my ad spend to think of

update basically they take the funds from the customer then ask for documents to verify you have a legal business which I did and I have proof if you want to argue I don't mind showing I have no reason to lie then 4 days later ask to speak to my client , which you do then disappear until I ask why not ask for documents before I started , am disappointed and you can fool ppl with fake reviews from your staff but this is incompetent

Once I got the communication channel right, I was assisted in less than 5 minutes. The only challenge I had was to get right how I was to communicate with the administrators.

This is the worst platform ever holding my payouts and customer support not even responding neither is selar website responding to their emails, I won't recommend this website to anyone
