The company need to make the payment process easy and fast. Secondly, follow up on customers who couldn't complete the payment process.

J’ai mis en vente des eBooks sur Selar il y a près de 2 mois.
Malgré plusieurs relances, suivi de leurs consignes (modification de mon nom, mise à jour bancaire, etc.), le paiement n’a jamais été effectué.
À chaque email, un nouveau prétexte technique me prive de mes revenus.

J’ai même envoyé une mise en demeure, restée sans effet.

Ce manque de professionnalisme et de respect des créateurs est inacceptable.

Je déconseille vivement cette plateforme tant qu’ils ne régularisent pas la situation.

My freelance client made a payment, it’s my first checkout ever on selar, then they site said, on queue for payout, then some hours later, I tried to login and boom, they kept showing me a 404 page, when I go to the front page, it also shows 404 error page, then I went ahead and asked my friend to visit the site and sign up and guess what, he logs in freely!!! In guess what will happen until he makes a sale and get booted out too with no buyer refund and seller account deleted/blocked

DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND, MY 200K IS GONE.

It was easy and quick to upload and share my e book. But the payment process still has problems, especially when a client is using a card, the processing take too long that sometimes they end abandoning the purchase. Please work on that.

I bought a service from the website. The service was not working so i asked for a refound. The seller refused to give me a refound, so i wrote to the assistance service. They replied me "wait 2-5 minutes that i make a check" and after they disappeared. I wrote again and again same thing. Scam website with illusion of assistance that doesn't exist.

Don't use them. You will not get your money. I made a withdrawal two weeks ago but I haven't received it till now. I followed up several times without getting a solution. I finally gave up. I don't
recommend you to use this service.

They are worst website in the world.

They are thieves, scammers, fraudsters.

Whether you are a seller or buyer, dont use this platforms.

I warn you, Selar.com is the worst.

Selar is so disappointing, poor system. Patronize at your own risk.

They will hold your money as a seller and they will not refund your money back as a buyer.

They are so useless and miserable.

If I can give them anything less than 1 star they deserve it.

The one Thing I start to love most about selar is their customer service experience, even on sunday they are still active to help.

I have had the worst experience with this company. First, they make you register as an individual, then they start asking for business registrations. They delay naira payments for Show Love for 7 days. Then, when you finally make a sale. They deduct a charge and another charge at withdrawal. They could also hold up your funds, and this wasn't mentioned at registration, asking you for links to social media, and asking for business registration while holding your money.

I teach online and used Selar to receive payments from my clients.
Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing but disappointing.

Firstly, they take up to 10 days or even longer to process foreign payments. Their exchange rates are terrible — I ended up losing over ₦130,000 because of their unreasonable rates.

Their customer support is extremely slow, often responding only after two days or more.

Despite complying with their KYC request and even asking my client to send personal documents (which is already highly unprofessional), Selar still went ahead to deactivate my account.
Their reason? Because my client pays me on a monthly basis — as if that's not normal for tutoring services!
To make matters worse, they processed a refund but still deducted their own fees, claiming my client will receive the balance in 3–15 days.

Selar’s entire process, customer service, and policies are completely unreliable and unfair to creators and service providers.
I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone serious about running an online business.

Selar is Good but the only problem is that our payments take long in pending mode not reaching in the wallet until you remind them and still the given time exceeds. They should improve on that..

Customer Support very responsive, I use them to sell digital products and very converting and effective and payment Methods are good and working, don't have any issue so far
