Customer service is swift and responsive.

Disappointed with Smith Agency as he calls himself. Hired to help drive traffic to my site, has done nothing but create problems and bully me. I have no patience for this nonsense and request a refund so I can hire someone else. This is the worse experience I ever had with any company claiming to be SEO experts. It's a joke of a company with a bunch incompetent clowns.

I had a little withdrawal issue but as soon as I contact the customer support, it was resolved in few minutes and my account was credited.

Glad I Started using Selar.

SELAR DELETED MY ACCOUNT AFTER RECEIVING MY MONEY READ THIS BEFORE USING THEIR PLATFORM

I am writing this with pain, anger, and a deep sense of betrayal.

I used Selar a platform many of us trusted to receive a legit international payment from the USA.

The money dropped successfully, but immediately after that, Selar deleted my account.

No warning. No explanation. No access. Just gone.

I sent multiple emails.
No response.

I messaged them on Instagram.
They restricted me.

I went to Twitter and started digging and to my shock, I discovered I am not alone.

There are tons of similar complaints from others who have been scammed, blocked, or ghosted after their money landed.

This is not a “glitch” or a “delay” this is fraud.

If I had kept quiet, no one would know. But I refuse to be silent.

Selar, you picked the wrong person to mess with.
If you can do this to me, how many others have you done it to quietly?
I am giving you a chance to fix this. Refund my money. Restore my account

I made an account on the platform where I advertised recipe ebooks, one day for no reason, they asked me for a lot of my data, such as social networks, personal documents, company documents, they were all informed, even though I disagreed with this, they should have an internal form of verification, before we start sales, they wait for you to sell, then they come and ask for documents, even though you send everything, they block the account, without informing the reason, they keep the balance, they completely block your access to the platform, I can't even see how much I have in sales, I spent on advertisements, I spent on editing material and video, for them to do this for no reason, assuming that I carried out fraudulent activities

I made a payment it could not reflect on my savings account.

As soon as I complained, an agent ask me to change the payout method to mobile money and in few minutes my money was on my mobile money account.

I love their services especially the customer care services always effective and help in solving problems very fast and effective

Selar it’s scam guys which can’t even reply our messages on the website or emails especially when you want your refund please stay far away from selar guys . It’s sort of Nigerians website which takes our money and run away with it . They scammed me $500 after deactivated my account 😡

selar is such a great platform, their customer support is so amazing cos every of my payment problems of getting debited twice or anything else always got solved in less than 24hrs of reaching out… and even when it connects to my prospects it still always fixed so fast. The only reason I am not giving a 5star is because, a lot of people can’t see their payment options and it makes me lose sales and it hurts but apart from that… everything is absolutely worth a 5tar especially also their speed in crediting my bank whenever I make a withdrawal.
