Items missing from the first delivery and the 2nd delivery just not arriving. Absolutely terrible service. No phone contact. Bad communication. Staff who don't care.

If you insist on using this company you should consider it only for low value items that you don't mind being 'lost'.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site and after 45 days they still have not arrived despite the tracking service stating they have been delivered?
Original advert indicating they were JD sports on line services and they provide cserviceatself-shopping.com as their customer services who are actually useless. It appears it obviously a scam and have now reported company to my bank.

This company takes no accountability for missing packages! Tracking will show that it arrived, but will say they don’t have it with zero resolution! Even though the website says they have liability up to $100! Don’t trust and don’t use selfship or desertcart!

They took 11 days just to 'start' shipping the item, then they charged tax fees which is against local laws!

I ordered something from Petco. My order has been delivered to their warehouse , but they never marked it as received by them, while there’s proof from the courier company that it had been delivered. I’ve been sending them email for a month and they just ignore my messages. Chatting with them but of no use. Absolute waste company. Don’t use this service, because your items will be lost or stolen at the warehouse and you won’t get that back.

My experience with Selfship has been extremely disappointing. My shipment reached their Mumbai warehouse but was returned to the merchant without my approval or explanation. Not sure if they had lost my items. No clear communication, no refund update, and rude chat agents with no accountability. Completely unprofessional service — confusing, careless, and frustrating from start to finish.

I ordered something through selfship. I was honestly worried at the start because I read so many reviews of people claiming that the warehouse makes up rules as they go along on what is and isn’t restricted item. I voiced my concern from the very start and till now I’ve not incurred any problems.

I order my supplements typically in bulk and this has always cost me months of running back and forth from the MOH to this Ministry to that Office to this portal and that wormhole.

With self-ship i’ve not had to lift a finger. I subscribed to the pro membership because of how satisfied i am with the current customer care.

The ONLY reason I deducted one star is because they ALWAYS HAVE TO open and repack your items.

This of course is less than ideal for people who prefer some privacy or other instances such as delicate items.

For example, i ordered some pure supplement powders that comes with a Certificate of Analysis, i’ve had instances where those were thrown away to save room for the repacking.

I think people should be given the option on whether they want their items consolidated or simply reshipped in its original package.

You will never receive your item, and all they have to say it's not allowed to order "my item" to your country, but they don't know i'm ordering the same thing with Shop and Ship monthly with no issues. Why i tried Selfship then? I thought they will be faster or cheaper than Shop and Ship.

This company worse company i have deal with it ever they lost the shipment as they said..live chats support team they have no clue how they work even when you email support team no one will respond. They lost my shipment worthy 349.99$

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my first order through Selfship. I purchased a pair of shoes from a seller on eBay based in the US, and the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to my Selfship address over three days ago.

Despite this, I have not received any updates from the US team regarding the status of my package. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that they had not received my package. I provided the tracking number and a screenshot for reference, and a ticket was opened for further investigation, but I have yet to receive a response.

While I appreciate that customer service is available 24/7, I am disappointed that no solutions have been offered thus far. I remain uncertain about how to proceed, as I have not yet received my order.

I bought an item from US its only 900g. but they charged me for 1.5kg. even though i am subscribed to pro membership they charged the usual amount saying that i am not a pro member. i am actually on first month trail as pro member. they scam customers. my number is 30790742 from Qatar. if anyone wants to verfy yo can call me.

i have used connect qatar and shop and ship they charge the exact weight from UPS. this self ship cheating and scamming customers. Please stay away from using this company.

They charged me 100 USD for 1 bag worth 237 pounds, claimed it weighed 5.5 kg and it has been 10 days and havent even received my parcel yet. Customer service? Worst. The shipping calculator estimated it to be around 50 usd so went ahead with the purchase, and the first kg is supposed to be free! Complete rip off! Misleading ads and rates! The shipping cost is half the bag's price already!

I ordered items from UK and it was delivered to UAE within a week. Shipping fees are very close to their calculator. Customer service is very helpful and always available. Will use again for sure.

Selfship shipped my hair growth tablets in 8 days, all in all good.

Ordered a Fire TV stick through Amazon, but this company refused to forward it, claiming it was a "dangerous item." To get a refund, they demand I provide a *paid* return label, despite Amazon offering free return options. Amazon doesn’t require a label for returns—they arrange everything directly. The company threatens to dispose of the item if no paid label is provided, leaving me without a refund. This is blatant extortion. Avoid at all costs!

My kid wanted jigsaw puzzles and I have been teaching him about the solar system. I ordered solar system jigsaw puzzle and he loved them. Quick delivery and fairly cheap delivery charges. Have ordered more puzzles from UK and this time I will ask them to put it all in one box.
