So far no sale lowered the price to almost zero.apparently phoenix is not very attractive.my only complaint is that SMTS was not up front when they said we would sell our unit fast??? $2500 later no action. Marriott would take the unit back free of charge.

Thanks to SMTS we have finally sold our Timeshare. It took a couple of years but the pandemic didn’t help. They offer great customer service. They reply promptly to your emails and are always a phone call away. Their website is user friendly and allows you to see your postings and amend or update as needed. They helped me purchase a resale timeshare
They helped me purchase a timeshare on the resale market at a fraction of the price the resort charged (although with some benefits stripped as part of the resale transfer). They were very communicative throughout the process which does take some time because of how the resorts process the transfer. I would work with them again if I ever choose to buy (or sell) a timeshare.

After deciding to list our timeshare, we did some research and decided to go with SMTN. They made no promises that they did not keep and kept in touch with us throughout the process. We received a bid on our property and went with it. The followup from them was wonderful and everything went smoothly. We would definately recommend using them. A++

Cancelation and refund took 2 months when it should take 20 days max.
EDIT: Today, Jan 9, I got my refund. The only thing I didn't appreciate all the silence and the fact that I was being ignored.
Can't cancel and get a refund. I had a change of heart within the 10 days in the contract, which they say they will refund within 20 days, and it's been more than a month, since November 11, and they still didn't refund me. I read some responses here about a docusign, but they didn't sent me anything. As a matter of fact, I've been emailing them daily and they don't respond.

honoring contracts
I had engaged a marketing contract with SMTN on Nov 15 and with change of heart on Nov 16 cancelled the contract. According to terms on their contract there was 10 days for total cancellation yet to this day they are still marketing the timeshare: terms include reimbursement within 20 days of cancellation. READ YOUR CONTRACT.

George, our Customer Care team promptly responded to your cancellation request. There is a process that must be followed to ensure that your refund is properly executed and that we have proper documentation on our side for accounting purposes. This process includes a DocuSign which was sent to you previously. As you have not yet signed, this has delayed the processing of your refund. Moreover, our Customer Care team has been trying to get back in touch with you on multiple occasions, but we have not heard back from you. We will, of course, honor your refund request as soon as the DocuSign is executed, as the request was received within the 10-day cancellation period as you noted. Please contact us at 1-877-815-4227 at your earliest convenience so we can take the necessary steps to finalize your cancellation request and remove your ad.
I worked with timeshare broker services…
I worked with timeshare broker services several times since 2015. I purchased 3 deeded timeshares thru their office and also sold 2000 marriott vacation club points. all of the4 of these transactions went very smoothly. The office worked with the seller (of the deeds) and the buyer (of my points). all documents were signed by esign and processed quickly. I highly recommend their services.

I should’ve gone a different route…
I should’ve gone a different route instead of paying for their services. They are a scam claiming to advertise your timeshare to potential buyers but are really just keeping your money. I don’t even think there was any real traffic visiting their site.
I had no offers in months and they never updated me on anything.

SMTN was a great company to use to purchase a time share…
SMTN was a great company to use to purchase a time share. When I had a question it was answered immediately! Also, the team would email me weekly to see if my questions were answered. It was nice to have follow through which many companies do not do! Paper work was easy to complete and all on line.

Although I still had a temporary hold on my ad which I forgot to release, SMTN still sold my timeshare... Amazing!!! In a few years from now, after I get my loans paid off, I plan to buy another timeshare using SMTN!!!
