Sell The Car Ltd Bewertungen

Gave me a fair price for the car given that it wasn't running. Paid the full amount on collection, no haggling.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service
Really happy with the service from Sell The Car Ltd. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying my non-runner car. Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and most importantly, they paid exactly the price they originally quoted — no trying to knock the price down when they arrived.
The collection was easy and professional and communication was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to sell a non-runner or damaged car. Thank you! 😊

I couldn't fault the service, everything was professional from start to finish and they were helpful and knowledgable through the whole process. The payment was made straight away, couldn't recommend them enough!

Gave me exactly what they said they would and came to collect when they said they would

Easy from start to finish. Fast replies via email and the car collection was quick and smooth! The quoted money was in my account within 3 hours. Brilliant service!

I recently sold my car through Sell The Car, and I would especially like to recognise Jeff for his outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Throughout the whole process, Jeff was incredibly helpful, patient and professional. He always took the time to explain things clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly arranged. On several occasions, he replied to my emails and messages very quickly, even at quite late hours. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything went smoothly.

There was one part of the process involving the third-party towing company arranged to collect my car that left me feeling a little unhappy. However, Jeff handled the situation professionally and worked hard to resolve all the issues for me. He kept following up, arranged the necessary details and made sure nothing was overlooked.

I also had another member of staff assisting with the process, but I have to say that Jeff really stood out because of his professional, polite and attentive attitude. He was extremely thorough and never made me feel that I was being left to deal with things on my own.

I really appreciate all the time and effort Jeff put into helping me. His dedication and customer service made a real difference to my experience with the company.

Jeff is a credit to Sell The Car, and I would be very happy to give the company a high rating because of the excellent service I received from him. Thank you, Jeff, for all your help and for making sure everything was taken care of.
