I found the whole experience with Semapen to be very helpful and supportive.
The app based contact was particularly helpful and I never had to wait more than a few hours to speak to a clinician if/when I needed one.

I used SemaPen and found them very helpful very responsive to any questions I had and prompt with delivery.
Unfortunately the medication did not agree with me so I had to stop my subscription.

I was admittedly sceptical when starting out with SemaPen (following a recommendation from a family member). But I was genuinely shocked at the results to date. Having lost 17lbs in the first 2 months.

Historically I have struggled with fluctuating weight loss, linked to both physical and mental health, but ultimately I have found my weight to be a constant factor throughout my life to date.

My main takeaway is that the voice in my head, which has been there for my entire adult life, has been shut off. I am for the first time, able to say no to a second biscuit, or slice of pizza.

I'm definitely not a doctor, and so can only speak to my personal experience. But for me so far, it has been a fantastic experience, backed off by feeling genuinely supported by a company and team who know what they are talking about.

I had amazing experience I lost 4.5 stone in 8 months, I had some side effects mainly headaches and a bit of constipation. It has changed my life, and I have also reversed my diabetes. Semapen have been really supportive when I have needed it

Not the cheapest service, but they have a wide range of specialist in their support team. I've gone with Semapen because I don't just want a drug distributor but real support with people who know about the issues for weight management. After talking to a lady at Semapen there is also a new app hopefully being released in the next 2 months that is far superior to the old one, so looking forward to seeing that and will update here to reflect the improvement.

Having shopped around for the best company to use for Mounjaro, Semapem certainly stood out. Friendly, supportive, available to answer any of my questions at anytime and have been consistent in checking in to see how I’ve been getting on. I’m now 7 weeks into my Mounjaro journey and have lost nearly 9kg which I am incredibly happy with. I’ve also had no side effects which I’m delighted with. Overall it was a good experience and achieved what i wanted, over 9 months i lost 19kg which is a pretty good steady weight loss, I had a few side effects with a bit of insomnia and headaches but nothing to horrendous, serapes themselves were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Happy to recommend them.

I am very pleased with semepen, and the way they looked after me during my time on mounjaro, in 12 weeks I lost 2st I have 4 more weeks left and it's given me a good kick start to a healthier life .I would advise anyone who is looking at trying this to help waight loss journey to use this safe site .

I have just taken my 4th dose of Mounjaro and already lost 8lbs. I can’t believe the control I have over my eating now, it was like a switch within a few hours of the first dose. 2nd pen has arrived in readiness for next week’s higher dose. Great service and help over the chat with all questions answered quickly. No real side effects just a slight queasiness at the start but that has settled and no problems after subsequent doses. Really easy to use.

I picked SemaPen because I liked the way they presented the information and options, and I felt that I made a well informed choice on getting started with Mounjaro. Including the smart scale as part of the package has been brilliant, as both they and I know what's going on with my weight. The fact that I'm comfortable sharing that data is an indication of how positive I feel about SemaPen as a company.

I've been able to talk to their clinical support folks with questions and concerns, and that's been really helpful. I was worried at the outset as I already had digestive issues and didn't want those to get worse from slowing down my digestion further, and they gave me good advice on the choice of drug because of that. The only downside is that I think there are more side effects of these relatively new drugs than are "clinically recognised" - so sometimes Reddit is more useful, as a way to tap into the experience of other people taking these drugs.

I started at a pretty high weight and BMI, and I've been losing weight steadily from week 1. The ability to make choices about food, and to achieve a good calorie deficit because I want to, is completely life changing. It will very likely have an impact on my life expectancy and I'm really grateful.
