Sad Silent Love but good experience
I love you Asuka. The girl I sent the toy to will never speak to me again but I’ll be forever grateful that this service at least allowed me to send her something, I’ll know a part of me is always with you. I love you princess I’ll never forget you, never.

My bear got lost in the post and hadn’t arrived but I was in contact with a sales rep who let me know it had been logged lost by Royal Mail, he offered me a refund or for it to be sent by 1pm the next day which I chose - my bear has arrived and the customer support was top tier.
