Beautiful bear, great quality. Packaging sturdy and protective. Speedy postage. What spoilt the experience somewhat was the handwritten message not being written as submitted. I am 'mummy grandma' to my grandson but this was translated to mummy And grandma also I asked for the bear to be called Charlie but a sticker was put on the box saying 'to Charlie'. Small mistakes that are easily eradicated if more attention is exercised. Obviously, I haven't removed Charlie from his tissue swaddling as he's a christmas present. I am hopeful he will be dressed in the chosen clothing.

Perfect, a very special and sentimental gift for my sister to treasure. Clear voice recording sound when squeezing the teddy. Speedy delivery even when opted for standard.
£15 cheaper than build a bear which we sent back because it was absolutely rubbish and could barely hear the voice recording in the Teddy.
