Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. That was three weeks ago. Called three times and was told my item had shipped even though the tracking said label was created but no other updates. After three weeks they just canceled the order and refunded the payment. No call, no explanation. They were lying the entire time.

Absolutely worst company ever
Absolutely worst company ever. Ordered a cooler and after a week of no shipping and multiple emails all they said was it was "delayed".. wouldn't give an eta or refund, so we're starting the credit card appeal process now.
Charged for returning defective product
Ordered a rollator that arrived defective. They wanted to send materials for me to repair it, but I wasn't comfortable doing that. I had to pay $51 for return shipping, and then they deducted even more before issuing a credit. And I had to follow up for the credit. I will never do business with this company again.

A Go to resource for durable medical equipment
I had a very positive experience looking to replace my rollator with a seat and basket and good wheels because I use to go outside. I found the customer service excellent, I could ask questions and have chat online.

I ordered a gel pad for my knee scooter in August of 2024. The USPS was the last mile carrier to my address and because I don’t have a physical mailbox at my home decided to return my item to the sender. I have called, and emailed senior.com several times over the last 4 months to get the item or a refund and have received the same answer. So far, I have no gel pad or refund. I’m tired of waiting on an answer or a refund. This company’s customer service is severely lacking.

What went wrong is that I have not received the Mckesson dry wipes. Ordered them on 12/23/24. Tracking tells that they are in transit!
The restocking fees are outrageous on returns and does NOT include return shipping fees!
The restocking fees are outrageous! I purchased a relatively expensive scooter because it was the best they offered at the time I ordered it, however, a few days later I was checking on my order and noticed that a new more expensive model with features I wanted but would not get with the model I was waiting for. I contacted Customer Service and was informed of the restocking fees and return shipping fees would still be applied and learned it was 20% of the purchase price! That's over $500 and did not include the return shipping costs! Anyway, I am not against a small fee for the inconvenience, but this is are ridiculously high fees especially when you are wanting to return the item for an UPGRADE! But without even considering that, it is still outrageous.

I think this is a great product I personally had difficulty getting them fitted but it came out good at the end

I bought a set dentures from Easy Denture Senors.com had to set up payment arrangement very disappointed. I can say right off the bat they advertised 5 minutes it only takes 5 minutes to have a set of dentures but they don't state that you only have 4 minutes to create it in your mouth and they also advertise 20 times like it's alot but at 4 minutes it's not a lot at all deceiving. Anyway so it took me quite a while but I finally got them to where I was very happy I never did open the bottom ones I didn't have time I had to go somewhere so I have to use my old dentures, full denture bottom which is 5 year old dentures and I'm a smoker and my dentures look way whiter than theirs.
Now when I opened the package I compared them to mine mine seened yellower at that moment but it seems as though the color changed after boiling. Now when I was reading the reviews some people mentioned that issue, that they look grayish but, I assumed if the company reads their customer reviews that the issue would have been surely taken care of for $500 for a set of dentures honestly they are making manufacturing them it would be very easy to correct the color for God's sake.!!! I'm on limited income I'm disabled and I was just horrified when I put my bottom teeth in my old dentures cuz I have to go somewhere and my 5-year-old smoker dentures look whiter than these.
The issue absolutely mainly is the videos the information States that they are B1 not B1 at all!! That is what they advertise a B1 which is considered white Hollywood white. False advertising!!
At this point I don't plan on opening the bottom one I got these to where I'm happy with the top finally and would be satisfied and writing a different review if it wasn't a horrible color of bluish Gray compared to my 5-year-old smoker dentures. IF THERE IS A PLACE FOR ME TO UPLOAD PICTURES I WILL DO SO SO CONSUMERS CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE.
I've contacted the company to ask them to assit me Immediately and send me something that will change these to White!!! ASAP!! If they do so I'll gladly try it.
Any online retailer should sell what their advertising this company had an opportunity to correct it by other reviews and for God's sake they're manufactured and it wouldn't be a hard thing to make them white B1 AS ADVERTISED Hollywood White. In the sea of online retailers they probably have a warehouse packed with and they're just sounding like they are they probably have Warehouse stocked full of them and screwing the consumer. Because again with as with many others you cannot open the package or even try them to get a refund this company already takes 25% restocking fee on these like you said I'm limited income I'm not going to let this go this is unacceptable very unacceptable for $500.
So now as I've had a few this year, every year gets worse every year with online retailers who just can do whatever they want or they think they can. I've won a few and I'm not going to stop on this issue they manufacture product. I'm waiting for a response hopefully.. anyway they will send me something that will make them B1 which is considered the whitest in the whole range of available teeth colors.

It's unacceptable I'm not going to let it go which sadly is what most consumers do If something's wrong it needs to be corrected simple as that. I'm going to take this as far as I can because it's unacceptable I got to make payments I mean again 5-year-old dentures it's just not acceptable pictures speak a thousand words.
The bottom sickening line for me right now is I don't plan on opening the bottom I want my money back but I am not going to be forced to open those to match the top and walk around with gray teeth no way no how. That is a sickening feeling to think that I would have to do that.
As I stated I contacted the company hopefully they'll send me something ASAP that will make these right they make denture surely they've got something to make them white as advertised B1 I mean for God's sake it'd be one thing if it was A1 or A 2 but they're advertising the whitest you can get... Horrible customer service and experience.
Horrible customer service, I ordered a product, they took 4 weeks to ship it and half way through I told them to stop the order and they didn't and shipped anyway and are refusing to refund my money! Stay away!!!
Find your product elsewhere!
Company sent the wrong item and has not responded to multiple requests by phone, email, and their "help desk" to correct the order. Zero response whatsoever, their phone takes voicemails no matter what time of day, no real person anywhere to assist.

Do not deal with this company. I reported an issue with a product the day I received it. I even sent pictures and tried to work with them to resolve my issue. I received promise after promise from them to follow up with the manufacturer and get back to me.
I never heard back and there was absolutely no follow-up. When I decided to just return it, they informed me it was past their 30-day return policy. So what they had done was delay me promising follow-up until it was too late to return it. Their solution now is for me to deal with the manufacturer. What?????
