Exercises not for seniors
I have just subscribed and downloaded the app. With the company name being called SENIOR DIET and including exercises, I expected that the exercises would be appropriate for SENIORS! Seniors who are physically unable to get in the floor to exercise don’t seem to have been considered. Where are chair exercises??? Where are exercise routines not needing floor work??? Even the warm up section on the low impact video needs you to get on the floor! Why are the exercise videos not being demonstrated by SENIORS??? I specifically selected this app as it seemed to be targeted for seniors and now that I have just paid an initial 3 month subscription and able to view, it certainly isn’t meeting my needs. People in their 70’s need products taking into account their age and physical limitations. I wish I could cancel & get a refund.
Update: I made my complaint to Senior Diet and had a reply within an hour & they have cancelled my subscription and refunded my payment. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
