I sproke with Drake Sadillo from SMQ on June 27, and he did a GREAT job of explaining the Medicare Supplement plans g and f, both of which I expressed interest. I decided to go with Aetna plan g, beginning in September 2019. He told me that he could not assist me with a Rx plan, but that someone would contact me shortly. I NEVER received a call from a Rx provider, so consequently I reached out on my own and subsequently learned that because I am currently in an advantage plan that I do not qualify for Rx coverage change until January 2020, and can’t change until the open enrollment period in October. I verified this with several different Medicare advisors. I reached out to Drake on at least three occasions, with no response to my calls. I proceeded to cancel my approved plan g with Aetna on July 9. I received a call from Drake on July 10, stating that I had been misinformed regarding a change in my advantage Rx supplement. Due to to the difficulty in contacting SMQ and the discrepancy in information I felt that I needed to proceed with cancellation of the policy. I want to feel secure in knowing that I can depend on receiving accurate and correct information and be able to contact a person when I have questions. Drake informed me that I could postpone activation of the plan and that the premium had already increased. Sounds like a SCARE tactic to me. NO THANKS!!

Good but forget to follow up on change so it cost me more this month

Medicare is a very important decision in Senior's lives, and is so confusing and overwhelming. I had the best person ever help me through this process. She was so very patient, answered all of my questions time and again (we worked through this over about 5 months), and she explained every aspect of the program. I feel the decisions and the choices I made are based on solid information provided by my own research and this very helpful person. I am confident I have exactly what I need. A very big Thank You to Deborah Coomes, she is my Medicare Hero!

They were patient and kind. I know I ask the same question over and over. They would answer like it was the first time I asked. I feel they could slow down a little . To many of us don't always get it.

Zack Dixon, spent over an hour explaining the different plans for my Medicare supplement. He went over and beyond my satisfaction on information he shared about the plans and insurance companies that sold the policies. We discussed price and coverage along with ratings for the individual companies. I picked what I thought would be best for me not the representative, he gave me time to think about it, he provided his license number, office number plus his cell number.
I did call back with a question and Mr. Dixon answered, ( I really didn't expect him to answer), I thought for sure someone else would pick up not him. He was the best rep I have spoken to by far.
