I did spend considerable time on hold and was switched to different persons several times. However, once I was connected with the correct person, things moved more quickly. i was pleased with the end product.

Bailee Moylan was very helpful right from the start, and she quickly won my trust. It was also comforting that she was able to refer me to Jordan, a Part D specialist, after she had figured out which insurance company's supplement my wife and I should buy. And Jordan proved to be quite helpful himself.

I gave this Service a low rating because the rep did not explain that I would likely be permanently stuck with my initial choice of providers due to my preexisting conditions and inability to change providers. Plus she never addressed how the low upfront rate quoted would likely escalate over the next 10 years and beyond. These are two very critical pieces of information totally omitted. Instead, I picked another provider that was more expensive but has a track record of very stable rates and more services I need at low or no cost.

Ive had a lot of people call about medicare this and that while im at work and the lady tgat called me from senior quote actually listened to what i had to say at the time and then called me back on my day off as she said she would thats the main reason i chose to with you people im not much on giving out names of this person but if i need to i will i appreciate peoole who listen then do what they say when an appointment is made ive been in sales and its just nice to know that there are still some straight up people
