Very good product, I install 3x 12k btu and they all work #1
this is the 3rd unit I buy from Senville.ca. I have 2 in my house and just install 1 at my mothers house. very good product, quality is there and my oldest one is 4years and work like new. I have done the installation by myself on all 3 units. with proper tools and no issue or leaks. very good product and quality for the price fast shipping I recommend 100% to everyone that have good knowlage and hability to do installation.

So far so good!
I made an error when ordering online. I called Senville and they were able to change the order before shipping out. Installed, my new mini split unit is super quiet, almost like it’s not running at all. We are still feeling out the system but so far so good.

Easy system to install.
The delivery went great, installed the next day. My refrigerant guy came a couple days later and we’re up and running. All in all an easy system to get running.

Senville has great product at a very reasonable price. I have had to deal with warranty issues and customer service is excellent. I replaced the aged out system in my own home with a new Senville unit because of the trust in this company. Delivery service is fantastic.

Pleased with the overall order and…
Pleased with the overall order and delivery of system. Everything arrived in good condition and the local company called a day ahead to arrange delivery. Product has been installed for over a week and we are pleased with how quiet the system is. Delivery was quick and items well packed.i was surprised senville app did not work with my model. ..having to use Alexa was a pain as all my automation is on Google home..could not add my unit there as senville app needs to link with home and app n/a for my model..also never got answer on how to change unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius
