Great small 110 volt mini split. Exactly the Btu we needed for the area. We ordered and arrived in 2 days direct to my door. That was awesome. It has only been used for cooling so far, but runs very quiet and does a great job maintaining the temperature we set it for. Time will tell for the heating.

Delivered on time

This my second heat pump from senville,the first is 9 years old and still running great. I just had it moved to my bedroom and had the new one which is bigger installed in the main part of the house.Also after I bought it they had a 10% off sale I emailed them and they credited my credit card the discount.

My warranty issue was handled very quickly and easily. Really impressed with the quality of customer service 100% would recommend.

When i opened the box for the outside unit it was damaged sent messages to your support group never had any feedback very disappointing

Very easy to DIY installation, although some electrical and mechanical knowledge is required and some specialized tools are needed. DIY'ers be aware that Senville states a HVAC installer is required to have a registered warranty. Overall happy with the product, follow up information that was requested. Delivery was quick and on time as well.

Well packaged and quick delivery. Easy install and works on power up every time. This is the third one I have purchased and installed at different properties.

I replaced two window air conditioners, old and noisy, with the 18K dual zone Senville mini-split unit. What a big difference, the Senville is super quiet and easily cools 75% of my 1000 sq/ft bungalow. I should have switched years ago, highly recommend this company.

Part of my order was not shipped or was mishandled by the delivering company. In the end it got fixed but delivery times which resulted in delayed installation time took weeks longer. Sanville did reship the missing parts to my door. Over all it was a 5 but I lowered the rating due to the delayed shipping ending up costing me rebooking installation fees.

It took 3 shipments (the incorrect part was shipped twice, despite photos and written confirmation) and 3 separate rounds of correspondence to solve what appeared to be a very simple issue. Techs on the phone were fine.
