I Randomly picked Sergo Electrical from Google to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Report on our waste transfer station. Their electrical technician, Elder, attended site on time, did not quibble about working in some unpleasant conditions and got on with the job. He was frank about the problems but also offered solutions to each problem he identified and was tenacious in resolving the bigger problems without making a drama of it. The costs were very reasonable and Elder seemed to understand what was required immediately and worked well with my staff to avoid disruption of our operations. It's great to find a contractor who just does what you ask without you needing to keep an eye on them or keep chasing them. I feel I can safely recommend Sergo Electrical.

Phoned for an appointment evening time, sent an engineer round 8am next day fixed my problem with my electrics all done in one hour, fantastic service can’t fault them. Will definitely use again when needing any more electricity problems sorted. You pay over the phone after job finishes, that’s excellent if you don’t keep money in the house. Thank you Luke.

Guys we used this company 12 months ago for a number of jobs such as fitting a new oven, installing our mood lights , adding extra electrical sockets ....... we had an issue with some lights not working, I contacted Luke last night and Michael was here 9am today. He was polite n professional and we had a laugh. All sorted. Please if you need any electrical or gas work done contact them. You will not be disappointed 👍.

I contacted Luke at Sergo to see if he could fit a outside light for me. He was very professional and booked the work to be done at my convenience.
Steve came to carry the job out and was very pleasant and professional. He talked us through what he needed to do before any of work was carried out.
Will definitely use Sergo again in the future for any electrical work.

Luke from Sergo responded to a request from Corgi to call, diagnose and repair an electrical fault, which had left us with no power. He arrived exactly on time and identified the fault within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem and got the power up and running. A great response from Luke who previously had attended to a couple of other issues. Thank Luke.
